I purchase a Lexicon brand chair off this *** in July 2024 through ******. When I received it, it was an Abbyson brand with the logo tags taken off. I called the *** and they said they would send me the logo they removed to cover the holes and imprint from the logo for not sending it back to them. It is now almost November and the ******** Abbyson Customer Experience ********************* sent me an email on 10/09/2024 informing me she would contact me before the end of the week. I received no call and now no call backs or responses from the company only ignored and condescending aditudes. I want the logo as stated of a refund for the damaged chair you caused by obscuring the fact it an Abbyson.Initial Complaint

Scam of a company. Ordered a sectional then received notification from the freight carrier that they were holding the items because Abbyson had not paid them. I called Abbyson and they lied telling me that the issue was with their systems. **************** was not helpful at all. I expected more since they are a vendor for ****** but I was wrong.Initial Complaint

Purchased outdoor sectional on 7/19/2024. On 7/24/24 the sectional was shipped. Delivery was to take 2-4 weeks from time of purchase. I called Abbyson Living 3 weeks ago who stated they were having system issues. I received notification last week that my delivery was at the last mile and was able to set up delivery for 8/28/24 which would be week 6 after order. Today I get a text stating that my delivery date was cancelled by Abbyson Living and that I had to call them. I called Abbyson Living who again stated system issues and no Manager to talk to other than a supervisor. I have no delivery date as of yet and "system issues" have yet to be rectified with delivery company.Initial Complaint

Set of Sofa was purchased on 1/23/24 with upgraded membership to Abbyson Living. They could not locate one of the Sofa's until end of February. I stated i could wait. They delivered the Sofa on March 7, 2024. Did not open the boxes. I could not get someone to assist me to open the boxes until May 27th. Upon opening the boxes, one sofa the frame was broken. I reported the issue on May 27th via email. It took them two weeks to get back to me and agree to send the repair company to repair it. The repair company finally came on June 26, 2024 and said it was not repairable and saw this often with this brand of couches. It's a defect in workmanship. Abbyson living is telling me it is a final sale item. No where does it state there is no warranty. Their site shows a 3 year warranty on the frame. I have emailed and called the company many times and they refuse to stand behind their product. If they can't repair it, I simple want a refund. I have bought multiple times with this company with no issues. They need to stand behind their productsInitial Complaint

Bought *********************** Set in *** 2024.....Cushions already scuffed and leaving water stains after mild use....I do not believe Sunbrella treatment was applied properly to fabric and its defective...Reached out to company with proof of purchase and photos and confirmation that furniture and cushions are covered with covers at all times of non use...Company went silent and has not responded or followed up Looking for 3 new seat cushions (2 chairs + 1 loveseat) or complete refund...Initial Complaint

I am reaching out to address a significant concern regarding one of Abbysons Furniture products. I purchased a sofa from Abbyson ****************** and regrettably, nails/staples are protruding from the sofa, resulting in an injury to my 4-year-old son. The defective sofa inflicted bodily harm on his leg, causing a sizable laceration measuring approximately 6-7 inches. This incident underscores a manufacturing defect in the sofa, raising serious safety concerns.I reached out to Abbyson **************** regarding this issue, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide assistance. Despite the seriousness of the matter, they did not take any action to address the problem. When I requested to have the sofa picked up and returned, they claimed it was beyond the warranty period. However, this is not simply a warranty issue; it pertains to a defective item that was manufactured improperly.I urge Abbyson Furniture to promptly remove this hazardous item from my home and issue a refund. Furthermore, apart from the harm inflicted on my son, I am deeply concerned that this defective sofa could pose a safety hazard to other young family members and friends' children who might inadvertently sit on it. I certainly do not want to be held liable for any further accidents.Lastly, I insist on a swift resolution to this matter before I pursue additional action against Abbyson Furniture.Business response

I order the sectional from ****** and it had to be replaced 3 times with defects, slices in the leather, wrinkling, broken headrests. I finally accepted on that was okay not perfect. But unfortunately about 1.5 years late the "Top Grain Leather" is peeling and flaking. I used what they recommended Guardsman Protection and not sure if that put a coating on it or what. But I did read their reviews and other customers are having the same problem. Between my daughter and I conditioning the sectional about every 4-6 months this should not happen. It is defective, I love the style and how soft it is but it is not top grain leather. I have a leather sectional in my loft that is 18 years old and is still beautiful and like new. The company ********'s customer service was non existent from day one, they even sent a repair guy over through ****** and he said return it. Too many problems. I just want a better quality replacement.Initial Complaint

I purchased a futon by abbyson at a club warehouse. After it was used just a couple times the legs broke off. They refuse to send me new legs. I even offered to purchase then so I could continue to use the futon. It was very cheaply made if the legs break after just 2 uses.
