I talked to this company back in April. I opened my business and tried to make a body lotion, shampoo, body wash line with this manufacture. There were two transactions one on Apr 19, 2023 and the other one was on May 19 2023. The first consultant was not communicating well with me and I felt I didn’t take care of from the company so I decided not to continue the business with this company but the owner said he will be in charge of all the other services including logo design, marketing, product design etc. so I continued the business with them. But as time goes by, this company didn’t do much for me and every week the meeting was less than 30 minutes with providing me no progress about my product line. For example they showed me a logo which they said is from their designer but I saw the same design from the FREE AI app. Every meeting which was once a week, first few month was good but after that in October nobody showed up on meeting and the consultant was not responding my messages and even they didn’t know there was a meeting for me. I can see they don’t put so much effort neither would like to develop anything for my product. I got 3 product samples in may or June, and after that I didn’t get any of my samples or updates(except the product design- which they said they are working on it but as a graphic designer I can do it in one hour instead of 1-2 weeks of time) and the company keep giving me the other product samples for trying out. I paid $2500 first time to have a 4 products with 3 time revise and I paid $2250 second time to get another 4 products with 3 time revise. So I asked for the refund and they gave me $1250 in total of $4750.
