I am seeking all my money back. First, I was misled by a quoted price that was $220 less than I was charged. I scheduled with the owner, *****, and she knew exactly what coupon I had, where I got it (ValPak), and that it was current. She later pretended it was an old coupon and no longer applicable. Then, ***** made a scheduling error and forgot to schedule me on the day and time I requested. I was on a tight deadline to get my home ready for listing. I had to accept scheduling for the next day at 6:30pm, when I returned from working for 11 hours, because of my deadline. I lost $45 work wages because I cut my tutoring short so I could rush home in time. The cleaner, *******, then quoted me the outrageous price of $400 due to pet stains (which I had fully disclosed while scheduling). I tried haggling with him and he said he would discount to $350, which was still ridiculous. It took him an hour and a half for 4 rooms. But the WORST PART is that when he found out I was single and divorced (because I said my ex wouldnt pay me back for the high cost of the cleaning), he came on to me! He gave me a high five for being in the divorce club, tried to hug me twice, and shared personal information of his own divorce. He asked where my children were. He said You have my cell phone #, you can call me if you need a friend. He texted me later that night at 10:00pm. I wrote the check though I wanted to dispute the amount, because I was so uncomfortable and I wanted him OUT of my home. It was after 9pm. The next day I called the owner, *****. She immediately began arguing with me about the price and lied about the coupon; she raised her voice to cut me off and talk over me. Then when I described the unprofessional behavior and sexual harassment her employee engaged in, SHE DEFENDED HIM. She said He was just being nice. She demanded to know why did you tell him you were divorced? She faulted me. I hung up on her, and I was shaking. I deserve a full refund. Thank you.
