I received, for Christmas 2021, an ********* ****** belt as a gift from my sister, Elane Biles. She purchased it through Amazon.com from Every Day Medical. It was sized XXL. I tried it on and felt that it might be too large. The first business day after Christmas, I went to their website to see about exchanging my gift for a smaller size, an XL possibly. I sent an email to the company and detailed what I was requesting. I received a reply email a few days later from *** (no last name, no direct phone #) asking me to submit the date of purchase and the order number and then she would email me an RMA so I could mail her back the XXL belt I wanted exchanged. I contacted my sister who supplied me with the correct information and sent Pam, a couple days later, a reply email with this information. I received no acknowledgement from *** that she received the email. I sent two more emails with the information (date of purchase & order #) to this company and have received no response. I have tried calling their phone number: (XXX) XXX-XXXX three times and no one answers. The voicemail is not setup to leave a message so I am unable to do so. Their website has two other names as possible contacts: **** and ***** Their website lists them as founders of Every Day Medical. I am simply seeking an exchange for a smaller size, an *** I like the product, I just want a smaller size, if I can get it. I'm sure you have sent them. Please know we will be happy to send you a replacement of smaller size XL and no need to return the one you received.
