      I ordered 2 golf gloves, but only received one. I sent several emails and no response. There is no phone number/customer service information on file.

      I completed an order (Order #******) on this company's website a week ago. To this date, the company has still not sent me a confirmation email/receipt. To this date, the company has still not sent me shipping/tracking info. However, the company has had the time to instead send me spam/marketing emails. I would like this company to show the basic level of customer service and send me a confirmation email/receipt, along with confirmation that the product has been shipped and an accompanying tracking number. Otherwise, this company should promptly refund me my money if they have no intention of shipping the product or providing any customer service.

      I ordered some products from this business on Nov 24th. Right off the bat one item was missing my package but they did send it once I had filmed a video and sent that to them but within a week everything I had ordered stopped working. Again they asked for videos which I made and sent to them within 12 hours. But they asked for another video of the exactly same thing I sent before which I also made and sent to them. But since this time they have completely stop replying to anything, emails, chats, no matter what I do they will not give me an answer. If they don't beleive me that fine but I will send the product back to them if they would just reply to me but they won't reply so I don't know what else I can do at this point

      The product I received does not match the pictures of the product I ordered. The product did not even match the picture on the box it was in. I genuinely thought I was sent the wrong product. I contacted customer support and was told that their products colors vary. The product is something that I could find else where for $10-$15 but I decided to purchase the $78 product from this company because oh how nice it was supposed to look. It is obvious now that the company is doctoring their photos and attempting to bait and switch customers. I would like for the company to issue me a refund.

      Order #******:I ordered a Vessel Compass and then paid $12 for shipping on Friday June 24th. The only shipping option was ***** 3-7 days. I was sent an email saying my order was "On the way" on June 27th ****** TRACKING: ************). A day later my order is on a "shipment exception." I wait a few days as shipment exceptions usually sort themselves out, but 3 days later I called Fedex.and find out that they haven't even received the package from the shipper yet. I contacted Vessel by email and phone, by which they didn't respond. After that, I live chatted them and was refunded $13 for shipping, and was told my order would be here on Friday, July 8. It is now July 7th, and ***** is still yet to receive a package. It has been 10 BUSINESS days since my order was made. Not to mention the fact they are abysmal at customer support and do not respond on anything at all.
