I prepaid for 8 weeks of diet food to be delivered every 2 weeks. The first delivery came at the beginning of this month for 2 weeks supply and then they tried to charge me for the second delivery again. After texting with no resolution I have no food for last 2 weeks of the month. When I texted today they said they could start the second delivery and expect it next month. The sandwiches all were in broken pieces and no resolution. After they got my texts I was mysteriously disconnected from the conversation. I attempted to get a refund for the next 3 shipments and they refused. A calorie controlled diet is not going to work when it only ships 2 weeks of food for a month at time.Initial Complaint

August ************************************************************ the event that I am being relocated to another state and not going to have an address then, I called them (even though the package was still in ****** and they did not want to help me because they did not see what was on their website and they couldn't do anything, I called them 3 times and asked to speak with a supervisor or manager and they still didn't want to help. I want my $339.99 ********** told me that only Jenny Craig can stop the delivery because the package still with them but Jenny Craig don't want to cooperate.Initial Complaint

I canceled my auto- shipment subscription with Jenny Craig and advised their customer service I was going on a long term trip and to cancel my account and all future shipments. Despite the cancellation, they auto shipped me food today and when I contacted them they admitted I cancelled but indicated that the chat time out when they tried to confirm the cancellation. They have my email and phone number! They did not honor my cancellationI was told a supervisor would call me and after waiting 8 hours - no call back! I have noticed on BBB that this has happened to others! It is fraud!Initial Complaint

I was charged for a subscription that I did not initiate . Even though they stated they provide time to contact them to disable the account before the auto renewal charged , I did not give permission to charge my card. They processed on my account. I woke up this morning to an email from PayPal confirming my payment of $129.99 to Club Jenny, which I have never even heard of before today. I chatted with them to try to resolve the issue only to be told that I signed up for a free trial last month and they could not refund me. They suggested that I call ***************** I tried to sign into their website, but I didnt have an account with them. Im not sure how I was signed up for a subscription without an account, but I created one just to make sure it was canceled. It appears that the membership allows me to order their food. I dont order from meal services. I dont even purchase frozen meals due to food allergies and being a picky eater. **************** told me over the phone there was nothing they could do and then a supervisor called me back to again tell me they will not refund the money because I signed up for their subscription and I needed to dispute it with PayPal.Initial Complaint

When I received order *********** (A) On Saturday June 28, it was short several items. They do not work on the weekends so I could not notify them of this until the following Monday. One of the missing items were recharge bars which are essential to follow the program so I've had to take a few days off the program as a result. The order number referenced below is a no-charge shipment of the missing items. It is Thursday, and they STILL have not shipped it. I contacted them on Wednesday wanting to know when it would be shipped and was only told I would be notified when it was shipped so I said it would be nice if they would ship it that day. **** with whom I spoke promised to put in that request. I started a free trial of food delivery. We did not enjoy the cardboard food and I contacted the company to cancel. They canceled the food delivery autoship, but did not cancel the auto renewal of the trial. they did not tell me that there were two parts of this and so they went ahead and charged an auto renewal. This was deliberately misleading and unscrupulous. Buyer beware.Initial Complaint

On May 14th I ordered a 2-week Jenny Craig meal plan, which arrived on May 17th. It had auto delivery which could be "cancelled at any time". I received a reminder email from them on May 27th at 10:07pm confirming my next order. I cancelled it on May 28th at 7:30am by email, as per their instructions, before it got processed but received another email on May 29th saying the order was shipped! I called them and told them I had cancelled but was told it was too late to cancel. I informed them that the package will be returned to sender and they don't have permission to charge my credit card but they charged it anyway. I cancelled it before shipment and feel they acted in bad faith by processing it after I had cancelled. I expect a full refund to my credit card.Initial Complaint

I signed up with Jenny craig. After doing so I Found out I have diabetes. I discussed this with my health care provider and feels I should not eat processed food my numbers go up pretty high after eating their meals .I contacted Jenny Craig and they said there is nothing they can do. I asked to Be changed to Low carb *********** said They cant Do That. I spoke to a superior and *** said the same thing! So now Im stuck With the plan and Cant eat the food. I have called this business several times to cancel and receive a refund because the food has given me an allergy as well as I have been told by my doctor I am unable to eat this particular food due to health issues. I am also moving due to the death of my husband and can no longer receive the shipments. However all of these reasons were unacceptable to the business they refuse to cancel my auto shipments. Blessings to be either a Ponzi scheme or a scam where they continue to debit your card and refuse to cancel. I am now requesting a refund. This business should not be allowed to continue when you are on the phone with them they refuse to accept that you want to cancel and just keep talking until you have no choice but to finally hang up the phone without a resolution.
