  I took my ****, F150 **** Truck to get it smogged. It did not pass, the worker told me that it had a small amount of blue smoke coming out and that it may just need a tune up. I called looked around and noticed that Mass Appeal ********* took payments, so I called them. **** told me that it could be that the engine needs to be cleaned and to bring it in. My son took the truck in and dropped off. **** told me that he would clean the engine, change the oil and condition it and run a diagnostic test on it. So after he was done, he said that that should take care of it, plus it will get better gas mileage and run better. He charged me $630.47, which is high for me, but I need to get my truck to legal driving status. Well, it failed again due to smoke.I called Mass Appeal and the person I spoke to said that it may need a tune up and that it would be another ****** or more depending on what they do. They never provided what the diagnostic test revealed. Can you please assist me with this. I don't feel that I should pay for something that I thought was going to take care of the issue and then I never got the diagnostic info on it to see if anything else would be needed, they they want me to pay out more then 260 for more work?

  We DO NOT provide any services for SMOG related services, we advised the customer we can diagnosis for a Check Engine Light, but we do not do ANY SMOG related repairs or services for vehicles to pass Smog/Emissions. Customer was advised of this, Customer has stated she wants to replace this part and that part (including expensive fuel injectors, that she was told by a friend or family member, we do not just throw parts at vehicles expecting them to be fixed without proper diagnostic. We provided a fuel induction service which will help clean carbon deposits inside the engine, also we did a oil cleaner, fuel system cleaner, throttle body cleaning and an oil change. We use ALLDATA for our labor times and provided was 3.5 hours of labor, which totals t $507.50, the remaining were for parts/oil/cleaners.
