I purchased two event tickets to ******** *********** and have yet to receive a refund. The event was supposed to take place from September 29th- October 1St. The event was canceled September 2nd, three weeks before the event date. The email stated that an automatic refund was going to be sent. Nothing came. I reached out to my bank and I was refunded my last payment (on my payment plan) through ********** but am out about $1076 still. They only refunded my last payment do to the rest of the payment plan being out of the refundable time line. I saved for a long time and this amount is very significant for me. I messaged customer service and received no response. I directly emailed their head staff, tweeted them, and directly messaged them on Instagram and ******** No response aside from the lol sent to me on Instagram. I made a claim with the Better Business Bureau a few months ago-but no luck. Booking reference: LTRYNQKS

I need help disputing a charge that I made on 3/11/22 for $1618.20. These are tickets for a concert and hotel package Through Pollen.co. The travel/event company went out of business and bankrupt three weeks prior to the event date that I purchased. The event date was supposed to be 12/1/22 - 12/5/22. I have tried contacting this company for months regarding a refund, but have gotten nowhere. Their website and contact information has been non-existent.I simply just want my money back for the event that never happened.

I signed up for a trip through **************** which is now All Roads Travel a company under the parent corporation of Pollen or StreetTeam Software LLC. In October of 2022, I canceled the trip through the booking site Pollen.co with an inquiry form they provided. I never received a response. I noticed later in the month that I was charged for October when I should have not been. I contacted them again through the same form. This form works in such a way that only they have copies of it and, while it had my email attached, it was not sent from my email directly. This eliminates the possibility that I could show the cancelation requests without them sending the proof to me. The contact information on Pollen.co is fake with a fake phone number and a fake email. I believe this entire site to be a scam that is looking to take advantage of college-aged kids. I have requested on multiple occasions a simple refund for the 2 wrongful payments. They hide their true name under a pseudonym and the name "StreetTeam Software LLC" can not be found anywhere on the website besides for specific legal documents. Each payment was $148.62 and I have now payed 7 of them. I am requesting them to refund the last 2 which occurred after the cancelation and should never have been charged in the first place.

I paid $1398 for 2 tickets and hotel stay for ******************** put on by ******. (September 29th- Oct 2nd.) I chose their payment plan option and in the first month they charged me for three months of payments. I was able to dispute it with my bank and get the money owed to me back. I asked******* for a refund since I no longer trusted them and they agreed to give me a gift card with my amount paid to them on it. I then just started a new payment plan with them for the same event since I wasn't interested in anything else they had to offer. They canceled the event September 2nd and in the email said refunds would be issued within 60days. After 60 days I contacted******* and no response. I contacted my bank and because this was a payment plan they could only refund my final payment to*******. I still have not received a response from them via email. I reached out to them on their official Instagram and they responded "lol."

In 2021, I began a monthly recurring purchase for a concert put together by Pollen. ************************************************************************ It was scheduled to occur February 17-22, 2022. I had 4 payments of $484.50 and 1 down payment of $60. The down payment was scheduled August 19. The first payment on August 22nd, second on September 22nd, third on October 22nd, and fourth on November 22nd. All were in 2021, and all in the amount of $484.50. The concert was canceled due to covid restrictions*********** and I was granted a full refund. I had been promised and informed that my refund would be granted well before today, but nothing has been received. I will have emails attached from Pollen customer service, and bank statements from my Chase checking account as proof of my claims. The reason I have waited so long to claim these charges, is because of the statements made by Pollen on my refund.

This is to file a complaint against the Pollen ************* corporation. They set up a music festival ********** Took $3100 from me for access to the festival with hotel*********** The event was "cancelled" just days before due to Covid restrictions. I filed a refund request and was told my refund would be given to me within 90 days. It had been 10 months with no resolution, no refund, and ZERO communication from their customer service. Leading me to believe my money is lost/gone/scammed.

In February 2022, I entered a monthly payment plan online with Pollen to attend ******************** Vacation. The event was scheduled to take place 9/29/22 to 10/2/22. Between February 2022 and August 2022, I have been charged $1,428.78 by Pollen for services that will no longer be rendered. I learned the week of 8/9/22 via online news reports that Pollen entered administration, one of the three main types of corporate insolvency procedure ********** They have laid off a significant portion of their staff. Upon learning the above, I, along with other attendees************************* Vacation, started tracking what was happening with Pollen in the news and on social media. We have also remained in direct contact with********* representatives to learn of any new developments on their end. Pollen stopped replying to********* representatives during this time, leaving them in the dark alongside the attendees. News reports and social media posts during this time brought the current class action lawsuit to our attention. They are facing a class action lawsuit filed on 8/12/22 from many of their ex-employees who "were left with millions of dollars in unpaid wages and expense reimbursements." As a result of all of the above, on 8/17/22,********* issued a statement ************************ canceling********************* Vacation. Per Pollen's cancellation policy, bookers are entitled to a full refund if an event is canceled by Pollen or its associated vendors - in this case,*********. Attempts by********* representatives and Pollen customers to reach Pollen customer service for a refund have gone unanswered. Pollen isn't responding to emails (automated responses only) or phone calls (number is disconnected) about issuing refunds. This is essentially a Fyre Fest scam scenario. Please help!
