I purchased tickets to the J Balvin Neon Cancun event November 2021 for $1200 each ticket. Booking ********. The event was originally scheduled for January 2022, then postponed until June 2022 due to Covid. Two weeks before the rescheduled event, I received notification the event was cancelled. I filed a refund request immediately expecting a full refund within 60-90 days. I have followed up multiple times and have not received a response. My sister and I are awaiting a refund for our tickets. $1200 each. Please help!Initial Complaint

I originally booked my trip ********************** when the event opened for purchase some in September 2021. My Booking reference is ************ When the event cancellation email was sent on December 17, 2021, it stated that the refund would be issued in 30 days time. It is now August 25, 2022 and I have still not received my refund. I have recently sent several emails and have gotten no responses on my inquiry about my refund of $2000. The company promised to give refund then disappeared with contacts. I just want my refund because this is as an event Pollen cancelled and didn't even reschedule. I had purchased two tickets from ****** for the J Balvin festival in Cancun dates from Jan 20, 2022 - Jan 24,200. Due to the festival being rescheduled to covid - I was promised a refund for both tickets/reservations. Till this day 08/25/2022 I have not received a full refund. I keep getting automatic generated responses and not getting a solution. I also keep getting false dates as when I will be receiving my refund.Initial Complaint

Pollen had a vacation event which I planned to go with friends for my birthday January 2022. They cancelled the event a month before on December 17, 2021 due to ********************* being high. Which stated that in the event that the company cancels the vacation we are entitled to a full refund. We spent a total of $3,360 and yet to receive it. I have proof and emails with the back and forth and still didn't receive it on 90 days like they promised. My bank denied the credit because it was past the 45 day grace period when the trip last payment was made.Initial Complaint

I booked a concert and all inclusive ******* vacation with a company called Pollen. About 1 month before departure, they cancelled the whole vacation and promised a refund within 90 days. That was in january 2022. They ignore my emails and have not refunded any of my $4500 paid. Please help me.Initial Complaint

I was in Mexico for the Departure Festival that was supposed to start on January 6th and end on the 11th 2022, but the whole festival was cancelled a few hours before the festival was supposed to start. I was told I would receive a full refund and have reached out to them many times since the then. At first I would receive a response saying it could take up to 90 days and each time I would reach out after the 90 days I would receive a response saying they were working on getting the refund out. It has now been 215 days and when I reach out to them I only get an automated response saying they are still working on refunds and I will receive an email once I am refunded. (My husband ***** was able to get them on a live chat in May and got his refund so he has been trying to take care of the communication for me since he was able to get through but they now have their live chat disabled so you can not reach them this way anymore.)Initial Complaint

Thank you for reviewing my complaint. I have been waiting over 90 days for a refund on my canceled Tony Hawk 2022 event that was scheduled in May 2022. I booked this event for two people on February 17, 2022 (bookings: *******************) and paid a total of $2122.20. They go by ****** on the credit card receipt as noted on the booking receipt and my credit card statement. This event was canceled by the event (no reason given) by email on April 26, 2022 and I was told that I would have my refund posted to my account within 90 days. I have not received a refund or have even been able to get in touch with anyone from Pollen to help me. They do not have a way to contact customer support as they only allow contact by a representative by email via a complaint/inquiry online form. I have reached out and filed a complaint through their website but have not heard back. I'm awaiting a $2122.20 ($1061.10 each for two people) refund. I have no way to connect with someone at Pollen to resolve this issue which has caused a great deal of anxiety and stress as I am unsure if I will ever get a refund.Initial Complaint

I booked a trip with this company in December and it was set to take place in March. However, I had to cancel due to COVID. I had sent my results to Pollen and my trip was canceled. According to their policy, I was set to receive a refund 60-90 days after my cancellation was confirmed. My booking reference was IHFJ7P1U and the date of cancellation was March 23, 2022. I emailed again regarding an update early July and received a response that they do not know when I will receive my refund. I then filed a complaint on 7/11/22 that I have gotten no response to. I have also messaged their social media accounts and emailed again. According to their money back guarantee, I should have my refund of $550 by now but They have yet to do so and have now stopped responding.Initial Complaint

Purchased a $869 ticket for Pollen's***************** held back in November 2021. Became sick ********** two days prior to the event, and Pollen has a ***** Money Back Guarantee. I had bought travel insurance too but because Pollen was supposed to refund the amount, I could not claim insurance which needs a refund denial letter from the event organizer. I received an email from Pollen on April 21, 2022, stating that the refund was processed and the money should have been available in my account in 5-7 business days. However, I have still not received the refund money in my account, and it has now been 8 months since the original event. I bought tickets to the higher group diplo experience with pollen. the event was cancelled due to COVID and they claim the refund was issued. it has now been 7 months and no refund has been received. Thousands of people are having the same issue and they keep sending emails saying the money will be refunded soon.
