      I added one item to my online shopping cart. Never check out, never created an account or provided any information. They captured my email and subscribed me to numerous email lists of theirs. This is an unethical company that dosnt respect peoples privacy or personal information.

      Great hobby retailer. Low cost shipping on some replacement parts. They have 2 warehouses (East Coast and **********) enabling them to ship quickly to you depending on your location. They offer coupons you can use on some items. They have a good website and offer special sale items from time to time.

      Was told that product would ship 2/4 or 2/6. Called on 2/6 and they stated that my item is available to ship one state over but they refused to ship it and told me i had to wait for California, which is on the other side of USA from me. California is out of stock. So I’m left waiting again with no real date. Them Amain told me to cancel my order and buy it again so they can try and ship it sooner. Wow!

      I've had the worst customer service experience. My husband has some mental issues and when I tried to explain this I was told that my husband will no longer be able to order from them. When I tried nicely to explain my husband's mental state. The representative would not let me speak. It's not ok to treat people with disabilities with no respect. I felt like what I had to say did not matter. A woman's opinion had no place in the ** community. I have tried to reach out to the owners of this cooperation with NO RESPONSE. I believe they do not care if their representatives take money from our account. I also believe there was maliciousness when my husband ordered a part and did not get everything in the box. I git a refund but it went into the account that I have reported fraud on. So I will not see this refund. I really hope someone will reach out to Me regarding these issues I'm having I DONOT want to talk to the person that I spoke to earlier for he was not helpful. He was not vvery nice to me or my husband with disabilities I feel you need to hire more females. Woman have rights this man made me feel I have no rights. You would think the owners would reach out and talk to me about this. His job should not be in customer service he should floor sweeping in the warehouse where there is no customersYou should really let people talk. You took money from my account, sent me parts not all there. He told me if I contact them again the person who has sent 2 emails and 1 phone call that they would call the police on me. That's unfair. As well my husband was not even here. He was in the hospital for a mental breakdown over the way he was treated. I tried real hard to get this taken care of but I was treat with very little respect and was not heard. I will not contact your customer service . Somebody doesn't want to contact me thats fine I will just contact my bank. I hope someone contacts me me or I will report fraud to my bank. My husband was never threatening thank you

      The AMain Hobbies team is the b-e-s-t in the business. As a long-time customer, for years, they've proven to be the best customer service and technical support I've experienced in decades. They're friendly, generous, and always put out fires. I'll only go through AMain because none of the other companies can match their charisma. Truly amazing and I recommend the brand to all of my friends. The most amazing thing is that you can talk to a real person during their business hours.

      I bought a rc drag kit from AMAIN and upon assembly there was a part missing from the kit (not their fault). Contacted AMAIN and spoke with *** B and she pulled the part from another kit and overnighted me the part. I think their customer service is absolutely amazing and I look forward to doing business with AMAIN for years to come.

      I recently purchased a Redcat Gen 8 and overall, Amain was great. The website was easy to navigate. The order process was simple. There was a bit of a mixup when *** picked up my package. It went on the wrong truck and started heading towards the opposite side of the country so delivery took quite a while. But the staff at Amain was really on point. They figured out what went wrong and made it right. Even though it really had nothing to do with them. They still went above and beyond and made sure I got my stuff. The ONLY negative thing I can really say is that they do take some time to respond to emails. Granted this past week was Thanksgiving, then black Friday and cyber Monday so I get that they were a little swamped. But they did always respond within 24 hours so I can't complain too much. Other than that thought. They really were awesome to work with. *** on the other hand... That's a whole other story... Smh. First it went on the wrong truck. Then when I finally did get it. The box everything was in was all beat to s*** Luckily the box inside that actually contained the truck was pretty well protected with those air bags. Then the truck inside that was also protected with more of those packing airbag things. The driver also just had my package laying in my front yard. It wasn't even on my front doorstep. It was like 3 feet away from it... Just laying in the grass. Plus I never signed. Even though it said on AMains website that a signature was required... The driver never even knocked on my door to let me know the package was out there. They just dropped it and left... *** really needs to do better... But I digress. I'll definitely be looking forward to future business with AMain as well as recommending them to anyone I know who's looking to order any hobby grade vehicles, parts, or accessories. I'll just make sure to use different shipping options in the future. Lol.
