1) Complete the job as documented in the executed agreement or provide a refund. For weeks now, the only resolution was to send workers to do 10 minutes of painting on unfinished wood areas, rather than to conduct all work in the contract. This is not acceptable, and the company has been informed of this many times.2) Per project type, the work is to include the entire roof of the house. However, not the entire roof was lifted and reset. By definition, entire means "Having no part excluded or left out; whole: synonym: whole."3) Per the job "All new roof vents, plumbing vents, roof flashings, and drip-edge will be installed.". However, the workers never lifted the tiles to replace the drip-edge on the majority of the roof where work was done by another contractor many years ago. All by definition means "the whole amount, quantity, or extent of., not only where there was none previously." Given that, I do not know for a fact that every vent, and flashing was removed and replaced.4) Quite shoddy work is evident at many points where wood was replaced, in parts. There was no attempt to make the repairs presentable even though the workers were provided with paint to do so. No attention to details for this expensive job.Business response

Several attempts were made to return to this project for completion.
An email on March 24th, we informed plaintiff that we would not be breaching the contract and we were still working on taking care of all items on the punch list. Our email communication on March 28th when we attempted to revisit the home to complete one of the tasks on the verbal punch list, our techs were turned away and asked not to complete any part of the work.
On March 29th, I sent an email to plaintiff also asking which day he was available in the following week to go over the project with our owner, plaintiff responded NO. I will proceed to recover funds for breach of contract. We have made continuous efforts to return to the roof project but have been refused by the plaintiff. As a sign of good faith, Elite didnt collect the full contract amount from ***************** because we knew we would have to go back and complete the details that were discussed. Were formally requesting to allow Elite Roof to return to the project to complete the punch list as discussed.
