In May 2022 I purchased a dress for my wife from Connies Fashion Vault in ***********, **. The purchase was made online, via her website. She shipped the dress to me, and when my wife looked at it she did not like the color, so we sent it back to the company.After 10 days and not hearing about my return, I emailed the owner of the company. She emailed me back, that the dress I shipped back had been received, and it was "damaged". I found this odd since the dress had never been tried on. I asked for it to be returned to me, and ****** informed me that the dress had been "thrown in the trash". She refused to exchange dress. Refund dress, or even return dress. I have copies of the email in which ****** acknowledged receiving the dress, and admitting to throwing my dress away.This is not the way business is done in ******* or **********. My property was thrown away by this shameless business and I am asking your office for help to keep her from victimizing other unsuspecting consumers. I would also like a refund for my dress.
