      I needed an oven door for my oven because mine was *****. I ordered it from Appliance Parts Center on 2/17/2023 in the morning. I was told I would receive my appliance part within 10 business days. Prior to this, I ordered from the manufacturer GE, but my order was canceled, which is why I proceeded with Appliance Parts Center. I needed this part for an event and even though it did not come in time, I decided it was okay to wait a few days due to weather conditions. I gave them a few more days, and texted ***, the clerk, asking where my part was. I also asked him to cancel it because it was over 2 weeks. *** said that the part is on its way but he cannot cancel it. This was the week of 03/06/2023. I came to the store on 3/10/2023 and spoke to ***. He called someone at GE and they said that the part is on its way and should be here any day now. It is already 3/14/2023, end of day, and I am yet to a phone call to pick up my part. Since I was promised a 10-business day shipping period, I went ahead with them. It will be a month in 3 days since I have ordered this part and I have not yet received it. I would like to get my money back.

      I purchased a part for my dishwasher. When I received the part the clerk was not 100%. Westin that it was the correct part but told me to come back if it wasnt. I installed the part and it did not work. I later hired a technician who confirmed the part was the incorrect part. I paid the technician to fix my issue as he was already at my home. When I called the store the clerk told me that he sold me the correct part, the technician was wrong and that hed call me back the following business day ( Monday). I personally ally called GE regarding the part number that was sold to me. GE confirmed that the part sold was the incorrect part. I then called Appliance Parts Center and the same clerk advised that he was going to have to call to confirm himself and that the technician that fixed my issue was wrong. I told him I wanted a refund and he said hed call me back later. It has been 3 days and I have not received a call back.
