I bought this due to our hurricane crisis here in ** to help others, with sooo many still in need with all the fallen trees. It took 2 weeks to get which I understand due to high demand. The first time I used it had issues with chain lock catching. There are plenty of chain saw professionals here is the south that confirmed this is a tool error. I reached out to ******, and they said for this service, I would have to work directly with the company. I called, they took all the information and told me I would get a call back from product specialists that day. Nothing. Called the next day they said the same thing. Nothing. Then the following day they emailed me, I replied and then in the middle of the night the next day get a reply of them telling me their support is based in ***** and it takes time for them to get back, of course asking if I installed my chain incorrectly, which I already addressed with their agents multiple times and in the amazon report sent to them. The Chain was installed correctly it was a tool error. At first I wanted them to simple just replace the tool but now I want a refund as they are not trustworthy and unreliable. Which right now we need reliable tools and service to help the people here in **. Stay away from this company, they do not care about the hurricane that hit us here and that is clear on how they are dealing with my case and time they are giving it. I mentioned multiple times I need quick support to get things going again on clean up here. They ignored all of those requests and done the opposite. Now I am either forced to go to my bank or have Amazon take actions on them. BUYER AWARE: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!Initial Complaint

We tried to use this generator during hurricane ******. It was not working. We called the company immediately to resolve. The promised a tech would call back. We called and left messages 3 times with no response. So, we were left without power.Initial Complaint

I bought a Bilt Hard generator about 2 years, it has a very small built in compartment for the Battery, I bought it from Amazon, the battery went dead. I tried to fine a replacement on Amazon. Nothing would come up. So I contacted Bilt Hard. They said they did not have the replacement. And gave me a Skew and order number. I went to ****** and ordered it. It came and was way to large. (motorcycle battery). I contacted Amazon to send it back and they contacted the manufacturer. They told me I would have to pay for the shipping and a 15% restock fee. the shipping is $12! So would get around $9 back. I emailed Bilt Hard and now they are ignoring me.
