      This is a complete scam of a company. I bought a 700$ pool robot and it broke ln less than a year. They don't answer the phone, or the provided email. I also contacted ****** and they have now flagged them as well. I can't believe that this day in age there is no one who can help me!!!

      Our robot left motor just stopped working. I call and the lady gave me the run around and said someone would call me. No one called me. I called back a bunch of times and it just rings and then hangs up. I have emailed over 10 times and I just an auto response asking for the same information I have provided 5 times. This company is a scam. The product a c*** product and then do not honor the warranty. There has to be something done about this company.

      I agree and have had the same experiences as mentioned over the past year on this BBB website. The unit I purchased stopped working after 2 months and the company did not uphold the warranty! Terrible customer service and unprofessional emails. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company!

      Don't waste your money on this product. I only had it for 3 months and then it just stopped working. The company does not answer the phone and the email responses are auto generated BS.

      Our family ordered the Seauto Seal SE pool cleaner thru Amazon on 03/07/2024 for $320.24. This was our first email to the company on 8/4/2024:::::::Good morning. I purchased a Seauto Seal Pool Cleaner on March ******. I have used it approximately 12 times with no problems. Yesterday,8/3/2024, after cleaning my pool, the cleaner would not go into charge mode when plugging it in. The charging light flickered and a buzzing noise came from the cleaner. I immediately unplugged the charger. I tried again and no red charge light would come on. The top fan does "twich" about every second. I have attached the ser# on the battery and proof of purchase. Can you please assist in repairs or replacement? Kind regards,After no response, another email was sent on 09/03/2024Good morning! Can I get an update on this? I was told a replacement would be sent out last week. Also during these two emails, we attempted phone calls. On 8/21/2024, we placed a call to the 800# and was told they couldnt find our original email. After 15 minutes of almost a nasty discussion with a lady *** or ****, she stated she finally found email under the **** folder from the first email. She advised they were busy and that an email from their company would be sent to us within a week to track the new product. One week.. No email. On same date, we attempted to call the 800# 5 times and they would pick up and hang up. On 9/6/2024, we placed another call and the same lady came on the line and stated the same thing AGAIN that she was unable to locate the email from 9/3/2024. She went on to say I couldnt speak to a Supervisor or Manager and that she would have to send a new form to us and was doing it immediately. 5 hours later- no email. Therefore, we are filing a complaint with BBB (doesnt seem they are registered) and to ****** (site we ordered from). We would strongly suggest to anyone to avoid this company. Thanks,

      I had high expectations for the Seauto robot pool cleaner, but my experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. While their warranty offer initially seemed appealing, it quickly became clear that honoring it was not a priority for the company.After my battery malfunctioned within less than 60 days, I reached out to Seauto's customer service team, anticipating a straightforward resolution. Unfortunately, I was met with unhelpful and dismissive representatives who seemed more interested in deflecting my concerns than providing meaningful assistance. Despite numerous follow-ups and assurances that I would receive a tracking number for my replacement battery, I have yet to receive it. After a month of waiting and over 10 phone calls, the issue remains unresolved.Seautos failure to address my warranty claim and their overall customer service experience suggest that their warranty is little more than a marketing ploy. The lack of respect for customer satisfaction and the ineffective support provided are significant concerns.I would advise potential customers to exercise caution when considering Seauto. Their inability to honor their warranty and their subpar customer service are major red flags. It is advisable to choose a company that demonstrates a commitment to customer care and stands by its commitments.
