I ordered a fridge that was in stock and on sale. Setpower neglected to put stickers on the outside of the box telling the shipping company which direction it needed to face, so naturally, ***** delivered it facing the wrong direction. All the oil in the compressor leaked out and into the bottom of the box. I initiate a return with setpower. **************** tells me they will "divert amazon multichannel stock" so that I can get a replacement fridge faster. A week goes by and I decide to call customer service again. They very very casually said "your old fridge needs to re deliver to us before we can ship you another one. That decision will take 3-5 business days, and then it will take another 5 business days for the item to ship to you." Cool, so customer service lied to me originally saying they diverted amazon stock. I shouldn't have to wait almost 1 month for me to actually be able to use a product that I bought and paid for AND was in stock at the time I ordered it. Setpower doesn't even have the capability of leaving ****** reviews and I think that's intentional. Maybe one day I'll actually receive the product I paid for. I have zero hope of even getting a refund at this point. If I did, I could order from their competitor and not only would their competitor ship me a fridge in a timely manner, I bet it'll work when it's delivered as well.
