I became a patient at Concord Dental Group. In 4/2023 They extracted 3 teeth. I was told it would take 3 weeks for the site to heal and then I could get a permanent partial for the 3 teeth that was extracted. In the meantime I paid $850.00 out of pocket to get a temporary partial for the 3 teeth that were extracted, since one tooth is in the front at the bottom and you can visually see it when I talk (I work in the medical field and it's very embarrassing) Also, the temporary partial broke in half. While waiting for the extraction site to heal, I was told I needed 2 crowns. I received the 2 crowns 6/23. I started to inquire about getting the permanent partial. I was told it would be 3 weeks for the extraction site to heal, than 3 months, than 6 months. Now, I'm being told that I don't have enough money left on my double coverage plan until next year to get the permanent partial and I would have to pay for it out of pocket. I would have never agreed to get 3 teeth extracted if I had known I wouldn't have enough on my dental plan to replace the teeth. Even the crowns could have waited until the permanent partial was paid for. This is causing me physical, emotional and mental depression. I just don't understand how the Office Manager who does the billing didn't know how much coverage I had to complete the job before they started it.
