      I ordered a pair of shoes on 12/19/2023, and as of today, it still reads awaiting pickup/label created. I emailed twice and no response. I was on hold for 3 hours with no one answering. All I want is a refund for the product I have not received, thanks.

      JD Finish Line is in receipt of the above referenced complaint. 

      After speaking with our ************* Team, it is my understanding that the customer placed their order on 12/19/2023 using payment method, Paypal. The customer emailed our ************* Team on 12/30/2023 about their order, and we explained that the product the customer ordered was sold out, and they would receive a refund. The refund was completed on 1/9/2024 back to the customer's Paypal account. Please see attached for confirmation. 

      We apologize to ********************* for any inconveniences experienced as a result of this matter. At this point, JD Finish Line in good faith believes it has attempted to sufficiently address the customers concerns, as the full refund amount has been remitted back to the customer. We therefore respectfully request that you close your file on this matter. If, however, you have any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

      I purchased a pair of **************** 3 Basketball Shoes, on 12/22/2023. I purchased the item at $200.00 with an additional $32.99 for OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. I understand the holiday weekend would affect delivery however i saw that I should receive the shoes by 12/27/2023. I noticed i didnt receive a tracking number on 12/26/2023 so i tracked my order via jdsports.com and saw delivery was updated to 1/1/2023. I have been calling their customer service number all day and no one answered it just plays music for hours then hangs up. I even called their corporate headquarters in ******* and got no answer. I tried to use their live chat feature which they state on their website that its available 24/7 unfortunately i received no help, just a message that says live chat unavailable. At this point i feel like I am being scammed and they are misleading customers with false advertisement.

      Hello There, I purchased a pair of school shoes for my 6 year old son (Kyrie Infinity), on October 26th from JD. The shoes have a Velcro strap, and within 7 days of wearing the shoes, the Velcro strap that keeps the shoes on, broke completely off while running at PE. I went to school to give him his old pair of shoes that were tight, just to get through the day. I went to JD to exchange for a different pair and they said theres nothing they can do about it and I would have to go directly through ***** although I purchased directly from JD. In order to deal with ***** theres a long process, and it doesnt make any sense. Its a defective shoe and he needed a pair immediately because these ones cant stay on without the Velcro strap. I had to purchase another pair of shoes in the meantime from another shoe store.
