On 1/11/2023, I signed up for the free trial for this company's fitness program app. The ******** promotions promise a 7 day free trial with no contract. I pretty quickly found that this was not the program for me. I looked on their app (******) for instructions to cancel and could not find any. I sent two emails to their support address ******************************** contacted an admin on their ************** and sent a message to their ******** page requesting cancellation. After doing a little research it seems that this is a regular problem with this company. I attempted to call the company before escalating any further and I received a message that the number had been changed with no forwarding number provided. Because I am still in my 7 day window, I am hoping to get this handled before getting charged.
