The alumni resolution advocate called me in August 2022 stating they were part of the u S. ****************** and I could make 4 payments ****** dollars ans apply for public loan Forgiveness and have my student loan paid off. I did as told and in the spring of 2023, ****** said my student loan was paid in full but I kept receiving a bill from aidvantage. Aidvantage said my payments were to restart in October 2023 and I was confused because ****** started the loan was paid in full. I finally got in contact with someone at aidvantage today and explained what I had done. The gentleman said the alumni resolution was a 3rd party that's not associated with the us **** of education and had taken my money. I called the company and the phone number is out of service. I also called my bank and they started they couldn't file a fraud claim because 3 of the 4 payments couldn't be filed because it's been over a year. The bank did file one for november of last year. Can you all please help me get the rest of my money back!!

Back in Aug. of 2022 I was contacted by this company Alumni Resolution Advocates by phone. They claimed to be working with the ***** of ********* to give options to for repayment of student loans. The advisor ********************************* asked for documentation to set me up with a IDR of 0 dollars a month. She said I qualified for that since I was not working at the time. She asked for documentation including copies of my driver's license, Bank records, tax statement from before a stopped working. I did check online to be sure this was a legit business. It said it was so I did not research it further. I did not at the time, realize that you did not have to pay someone to do your paperwork for you. They were very convincing. She said that she would send my paperwork to a student aid advisor and it would cost me ****** for 5 payments and if approved I would pay 0 dollars a month for 20 years and then my loan would be forgiven. When my last payment was not taken off my debit card I called many many times and emailed the company and ********************************* with no response. The phone has since been disconnected along with her e-mail. I know that there is not much chance of a refund at this point but I thought I would try. I uploaded the statements showing the payments made. thank you

Around March of last year, "******" from this company contacted me regarding my student loans being consolidated. I paid $140 over the course of 7 months and towards my last payment, all phone numbers on the site and provided in email are going straight to voicemail. I've left numerous VMs and emails since the beginning of this year, requesting a call back. My student loan still shows active and now requiring that I make payments when Ive paid this company over $900 for false promises.

This company contacted me November 8, ******************************************************************************************************************************************* 3/4 months resolution to get my student loans out of default and get me signed up for the ***** ****** forgiveness program and the income driven program and said I was eligible for those. they requested 4 upfront monthly payments of $120 and ask for my tax return information, copy of my state ID and a signed a contract between, and also requested my credit card information to start pulling those the one time service fee of four monthly increments on Nov 8 until Feb 8th. furthermore since November 8 through January 8 they have pulled the first three agreed-upon payments of $120. However, starting in February they did not pull the fourth payment and I started receiving text messages from them stating they were unable to verify my credit card information to pull the last payment and to please contact them for the entire month of February I have been trying to contact them through voice calls voice messages text messages and emails and I have not received any calls I believe this company is fraudulent and they are in breach of contract they are refusing to pull the last fourth payment out and continue with their part of the bargain they will not even contact me back but sent text message saying my accounts on hold until I do. every time I call it goes to voice message or a beeping noise and I cannot contact the company anymore after I signed the contract with them. I believe this companies in breach of contract which makes it void & canceled & they owe me for the three month payments of $120 and all my information back. I believe they are preying off student loan borrowers and representing themselves falsely and breaching their contracts. I believe they have scammed me and now my information is at risk. during this process they requested access to my student loan accounts so I had to change the password to those and close down my credit card account. I have received emails from my federal student loan department claiming that this company is fraudulent. please help with situation and hold Company accountable for what they are doing

I received a call from ************************* with Alumni Resolution Advocates Inc. in September. 2022 offering to help me apply for and get approved for the $10000 student loan forgiveness and setting me up to repay my student loans. After a brief phone interview , ******* said we definitely met the requirements. He sent me an email saying I would get a call/email from one of their processors in 5-7 days of this initial contact. We got an email on 10/04/2022 from their processor and we submitted our paperwork and our payment account. We agreed to paying them $100/month. They have now proceeded to log on to my FSA account and submitted a consolidation loan and moved my loan processor from one processor to another processor. However the payments we have made, totaling over $750 are no where to be found with my new processor nor my old processor. I have tried to call ******* back on his direct line*************) and it is going straight to voice mail, I called the company phone number *************) and it is going straight to voice mail, and I have emailed ******* and the customer service email, but no one has contacted me back. I am going to the bank tomorrow and filing fraud/theft charges on this company, and if possible filing theft/fraud charges with my local police department as well as the ******, ** police department.

I received a call from Alumni Resolution Advocates Inc. in Aug. 2022 regarding repaying back my student loans. I signed up for the program they offered via phone where I would pay $150 for 6 mons. (Aug. 22 - Jan. 23). The only email I received from them was 8/10/22. The email did not include ********* of the company. It only provided a person name without an email or their position or location. They did send a sketchy email of the document I signed for the repayment program. I never received a case number. I called the number provided in email, but it only rings with no voicemail. So far, I have paid them $750 and will be filing a dispute with my bank to recover those stolen funds. I googled the company and there is no website for them. I would like to get a full refund.

I received a call from Alumni Resolution Advocate representing themselves as an agent of the **** The rep verify my information including my SS#. This guy had all my information so I thought it was legitimate. He then told me I was approved for the student loan forgiveness and the *** forgave $11k of the debt and I had a balance of $960. However I needed to make payment arrangements now in order for the *** to proceed. Once I had a break at work I reviewed the documents attached and that is not what this is. These ppl are deceiving ppl into believing that there student loan is paid and its not. The payments are not even applied to the loan.
