Our Company purchased a Professional Logo and ******* design and development package. We were offered and guaranteed a professional and senior-level, highly experienced design and development team and a guaranteed completion and launch date.That logos that were presented were simplistic and amateurish logo designs that totally ignored our design concept planning documents that we provided to the account and development team.The website was worse! It was sold as a custom designed and developed, professional website. It wasn't any of these. They used basic templates and again ignored the planning document and details provided to guide the design and development work.The project was a total and complete failure that missed the deadline by over a month. Each contact to discuss concerns made more promises and assurances that were not kept. Ultimately, they tried to blame us for their repeated failures and pushed back repeatedly against honoring their 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Lastly, as email was included in this package, we began using email to interact and work with our Clients and had numerous communications and shared documents in the email platform. When we terminated the service, Logo Traffic did not provide warning or notification that we would immediately lose access to our emails, documents, and data held/saved in our emails. When asked for access to transfer our data, Logo Traffic refused. When we escalated the issue and expressed the critical importance of and our need to have access to the data, Logo Traffic responded by proposing an excessive one-time fee of $300 to have a copy of our data sent via a compressed zip file.Initial Complaint

To Whom It May ********* am writing to file a formal complaint against Logo Traffic regarding unauthorized charges made to my credit card in the amount of $1299.99. On May 3, my card was charged without my consent for a service I did not authorize or request.This malpractice is not only unethical but also reflects poorly on the integrity of Logo Traffic as a business. Unauthorized charges not only breach the trust of customers but also violate consumer protection laws. Such actions should not go unpunished and require immediate rectification.Despite bringing this matter to the attention of Logo Traffic and speaking with a member of their team over a week ago, no action has been taken to resolve the issue or refund the unauthorized charge. This lack of responsiveness and accountability is unacceptable and demonstrates a disregard for customer satisfaction and rights.I urge the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate actions to hold Logo Traffic accountable for their actions. Consumers deserve to be protected from deceptive practices and businesses must be held to the highest standards of integrity and honesty.Thank you for your attention to this matter.Sincerely,*************************
