This business doesn't follow what they promised ,I enrolled my daughter a year ago ,i asked them that if there were going to be any changes to notify me email ,to keep her with the same coach,my daughter is not fun of many changes and neither do I, when i am paying for a service i am expecting to received what i pay for.I spoke to the female manager on saturday about my unhappiness and disorganization,she promised me that my daughter was going to keep same coach as i requested the only problem is that the coach was available Sundays morning at 8:30 so i transfer my daughter to this class even though it was early ,as soon i move her second week the coach was not there they told me it was only for that day but no notification whatsoever, then second week came i notice more kids got enrolled with the same coach one of them my daughters-best friend ,it was the first time for her at this place and my daughter been there for a while she felt so happy to start with her friend to find out that as soon every one was getting ready to start she was kick out of this class and brought her to another new coach with new starting children . my daughter was happy to finally been with a coach that was more challenging since she was there for almost a year and wasnt moving forward. I was happy for what i was paying ,this classes are not cheap *************** and for me is an effort to pay for this classes, only to find out that they discriminated my daughter to give the space to this new student that they didn't know we referred to and with out notifications or email they just move her out,is unfair ,and I can't describe how i felt to see my daughters face, ************* she couldn't understand why they prefer her friend and told me is it because i am not blond?after that she asked me to never come back again they didn't want her there anymore ,is unfair and it will fair to get my full refund back from this business,not only discriminated people but also breach of contractBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/10/26) */ Client preferred a coach who taught a higher level class. Child was not an appropriate fit for that level. While we do everything we can to match families with their preferred teacher, the instructor in question was moved to the higher level program due to demand. We fully understand that instructor changes can be upsetting and a full refund was given to the family when they were upset and withdrew from the program.
