I purchased 2 cans of the Big Sexyhair ************ Harder hairspray. Both cans stopped spraying shortly after I purchased them. On 12/12/23, I sent an email to customer service about the issue. They responded saying they would replace the defective cans and gave me Order #*********. They said I'd receive them in ***** business days. I sent another email on 1/16/24 letting them know that I didn't receive my order. Since then, I've called their customer service number several times and no one answers and I'm STILL WAITING FOR MY REPLACEMENT ORDER. :(Business response

Hello! Upon review, the replacement was sent however it was delivered to the wrong address, which is why the customer did not receive. We have gone ahead and resent the replacements to the correct address provided, order reference #*********.Customer response

I purchased four cans of Sexy Hair's "Big Sexy Hair - Get Layered 4-6 Hold)" hairspray. All four cans were defective and did not spray. So I reached out to the company for customer support and they dragged out their replies for more than a few months with promises to replace the 4 defective cans. Finally a package arrived with 1 replacement can of a different type that I don't even use. Efforts to get a reply by email from customer service have so far failed.Business response
