      I signed up for a 30 Day trial of the Voyage **************** Program, after signing up an entering my card info for a 30 trial that would roll into a $10 / month plan paid in full at $100 discount for the year, I landed on a blank page and no way to log in or find a receipt. Since then everyone at this business has been unresponsive, no one answers the phone nor do they email back. I was told I would get a welcome email in a week, never received it. Also bogus because their testimonials on the landing page are people who say they've used this service for years - but it doesn't exist. I can't log in to my account or change anything and I was unable to cancel, then they charged me the $100 and I still cannot get ahold of anyone. **************************************************

      did an interview with Voyage Bold Journey and paid for 3 hard copies of the article. I now see this is a scam. This needs reported to the State Attorney General

      Canvas Rebel initially reached out to interview me to be featured in online digital placement. The interview happened and the interview was placed on their site. This they DID deliver upon.*************************************************** thereafter they reached out and mentioned they could print it out and send you a physical copy for your files or to display with their partners at Voyage LA. After agreeing to that, the physical copy never arrived, and upon following up over 6x, the article never arrived. The ***resentatives also don't list a phone number. After about 7 months, another *** reached out to do the same thing, upon which I requested my ******* ********* again and never received it. They said it would arrive via ***** and never gave me a tracking number. *********************************************************************************** not hearing back I decided to dispute the charges, and also found some others talking about how they had ALSO been scammed or not received their physical printed out interviews. **************************************************************************************************** are the contact emails below. **** ******* <***************************************>***** **** <*****************************************>CanvasRebel Previews ************************************************************************** Articles <****************************************************************>The initial ***'s name was **** *******, while the most recent member who reached out was ***** ****, and neither of them were able to help track down or confirm my deliverables. I'd love to raise awareness so others don't experience the same thing, and if I get a copy of the promised files, great. If not, live and learn.

      I was sent an invoice and paid it to receive 5 prints. After 2 months I have not received anything. I have emailed them multiple times but have been ignored. I have heard from others that they have had similar issues with this company.

      I was contacted via a fellow creatives friend to do an article for Bold Journey. They contacted me directly as my friend provided them with my information. They did a digital publication of my article on 2/24/2024. In Mid March they asked if I'd like a print out copy for $17. I said yes and paid an invoice for $17. By mid April I hadn't received the article so I emailed asking on its status. They claimed it was lost in the mail and that they'd issue a new one. I touched base with both ****** and ****** in June. No response from ******. ****** said she'd have her team look into it and at that time she also asked me to sign up for the Partners Program (first month being free) I said i wanted to learn more but also wanted my print out. I touched base Aug 16 about the print out. No word back from anyone. Their Partners Program is a bust. After learning more, this sounds like a total scam and ********************* / Voyage **************** is taking advantage of freelance creatives who just want to get that word out about our projects in an affordable, safe way. We are clearly being exploited and even though the $17 plus $10 I was charged is minimal in the grand scheme, if we look at the amount of times that they're doing this, this "company" is making profit off of the amount of us. I would like the print out that they'd promised mailed (or ideally overnighted) to me. And I want confirmation I won't be charged for this "monthly service" which provides nothing of value or merit. I should mention I have also attempted to chat with the company on Instagram and made a comment on one of the posts asking if customer service could contact me. No response on that platform either. This company needs to be reported.

      On June 2nd 2024, I paid ***** to Voyage and Shoutout Articles for Original and Additional Prints of a magazine story that I was in. I have repeatedly tried to reach out as I have never gotten the articles in the mail and I am not getting anywhere. I want my articles, or I want me ***** back.

      I submitted an article at the beginning of the year. I ordered two hard copies and paid immediately. They were were never sent to me. Despite multiple requests, *********************************** (Editorial staff) and billing have ignored my inquiries. I realize now I've been scammed.

      Voyage Tampa emailed me in 4/2024 asking me to be featured with my business in their upcoming magazine article. Part of the process required me to list 4-5 other friends/businesses I thought would benefit from getting interviewed. The interview was completed and written and an email then arrived offering to sell me copies of the interview for display purposes. I ordered in April an paid ***** for 2 copies. They have never arrived. My friends also have never received any that they ordered. It appears this is a scam where they keep the money from all the letters I am seeing here. Wish I had looked them up first. I have emailed multiple times also getting the wrong address etc emails back. It's July and nothing delivered. Do not expect to get anything from this company.

      On or round 4/12/2024, I purchased 50 prints of a magazine article for $150 that had featured me. They advised it would take 4-6 weeks to receive them. As of today, I haven't received it. I did get the digital online version but not the actual prints I purchased. I emailed on 6/24/2024 and July 15th to let them know since I never received my prints that I wanted a full refund. To-date I've received no emails or prints from them. Since 6/19/24 I have relocated to ** but my kids go to my house to check the mail and still no prints. ********************* was the Editorial Staff member that assisted me at the time. This is her email address ********************** Since then, another staff member has asked me to do another article but not word on my prints or my refund.
