I signed up for their multivitamin subscription (monthly). It is advertised as cancel anytime. April 13, 2022 I cancelled my subscriptions, I received an email confirmation of same by them. Since this time the company has charged my credit card in an unauthorized transaction 3 separate times. Each time I have connected with them immediately requesting a refund which they ultimately have refunded. They confirm each time my subscription is cancelled, apologize, promise to fix the issues and refund me. This is now the 3rd time it's happened and I am extremely frustrated. I've had to reach out to my credit card company to dispute the most recent charge and request a note on file this vendor should not be charging my card.Business response

We sent an email to confirm her last two orders have been refunded and that the issue was raised to our technical support team. As of 7/9 we've refunded all orders placed within the last 5 months and followed up with an email confirmation. Finally, after multiple attempts to resolve this directly by contacting the company myself, once I raised concern with *** as well as my Credit Card company, Ritual was finally able to resolve the issue as they have described. Of course I will await next month to see if yet again another charge comes off my card following their resolution of situation (as has occurred multiple times previously). As of now I am satisfied with outcome, however should yet another charge occur, I of course will reopen a case. Thank you.Initial Complaint

I have been using Ritual vitamins for about a year. Then I added their Essential Protein Powder, which I do not care for, and have been trying to cancel that item from my monthly order. To date, nothing has happened: each month both vitamin and powder arrive. Now, it is impossible to reach them either by email or phone. Obviously,from the complaints on your website, I am not the only one. Due to the lack of response from the company, Ritual, I want to cancel all further shipments from them. I will note that the last time I reached out to them was 6/20/2022, and that is the date they posted a charge on my **************** card for ******* In previous months, the charge has been posted the last few days of the month, and the product(s) have shipped.Business response

Our support team responded on 6/7 and provided the instructions on how to update her subscription and she followed up and confirmed receipt of our email. I canceled my prenatal subscription on 4/13/22 after learning the folate used in the supplement was not proven in studies to prevent neural tube defects (unlike Folic Acid, which has been studied). I requested a full refund of my previous purchases due to feeling misled. The company said they would refund me but did not. Despite confirmation of canceling my subscription, I received a charge on 4/25 and was shipped the product. I contacted customer support who did refund me and claimed to have canceled my subscription (again). However, on 5/26 I received another charge and a shipment despite canceling my subscription twice and it showing on their website as being canceled. I immediately contacted the company asking them what happened, to refund me, as well as tell me where to remove my credit card information, as they continuously were charging it without my authorization and there seems to be nowhere on the website for subscribers to remove their payment information. I did not receive a reply so I followed up a week later and still have not received a reply.Business response

I have been using Ritual vitamins for about a year now. However, due to financial issues, I need to modify my expenses. This website states that it's easy to cancel, scroll down to a white button that states cancel... it does not exist! I sent an email about 3 months ago, no one contacted me. In the meantime, I keep getting charged for vitamins that I'm not even using any longer. Could anyone help me to cancel my subscription with Ritual Vitamins. I cancelled my subscription to this service months ago. They disregarded it and sent me an order for last month. I contacted them to which I have not received a reply Again this month they have charged me $70. I need help and they are not responsive and are charging me for services I have, according to their website, have canceled. There are 3 attached photos: 1. Confirmation of my subscription cancellation 2. Evidence that they then went and charged me in April do 2022 3. I have been trying to cancel my Order and not get any more of the vitiman Ritual...I put in my name and password and it will not take it... I reset my password and it says someone already has that account.. Ya that would be me!! . I called their help line and it says I can only get a hold of them on line...Well it won't take my password to contact Them...So can you please help me cancel my vitiman with Ritual .Business response

I've been emailing to this business multiple time to cancel my subscription since the product they sent me was molded. Instead they keep sending me new products and charging my card. On my complaint that capsules were molded (I also sent them a pictures of molded capsules) and that I, being pregnant, don't feel comfortable of taking taking them, they tried to explain to me that this is normal and it won't be harmful to either me nir my baby!
