Purchased clothing from ************************************************* on 10-17-24. Received clothing that did not fit. The only way to receive a return label is to call their 800 number. No one ever answered at this number after many many attempts. I had to go to a Yamaha dealership in ****, ** to get them to contact Yamaha for a return label. The dealership said that Yamaha would be emailing me a return label. I received a return label to my email but the label was marked to make return to myself. Very deceptive business practices Yamaha!! I have to ship this back now out of my own pocket because of the games you play with your customers! Very unhappy with **********************!

We apologize for the difficulty the consumer had in returning her online purchase. It was not our intention to provide an incorrect prepaid return address label, but the result of a recent mandatory software update with one of our carriers that caused a temporary glitch. That has now been fixed and we emailed updated return address labels to all affected customers.We have been in touch with the consumer by telephone and learned that she already returned the merchandise at her own expense. We have asked her to email a copy of her receipt to us for reimbursement.The majority of our call center staff was attending a group event one day last week and our incoming calls were diverted to an out-of-office recording. This is a rare event and we apologize for the inconvenience. We thank our valued customer for notifying us of the issues allowing us the opportunity to rectify this mistake.Yamaha Customer Relations Ecommerce Team
