I had been in this Property for about 5 years and this is related to the water Company, and since I had been here 5 years I know by heart how much water I waste. Usually during the winter when I do not use my water sprinkler me and my family use and average of ***** gallons of water per Month and during the Summer I use usually and average of ****** gallons of water, as a note, my water sprinkler was shut down in December 2022 because of the rain season, and I just turned back ON a week ago, so my water consume for all winter should be around 8, 000 gallons of water. Starting this year 2023, first Month which was ******** I received a Month statement for ****** Gallons of water, which is double ! , for February ****** Gallons of use, I did not pay, I made several calls trying to contact them, since they never answer the calls, finally I got two bills behind since I did not pay, trying to get a hold of this people, they disconnected my service, and I called the 24 hour emergency service which a man name ******* answered, I told him that reason why I did not pay the bill it was because they are charging me double or triple, and he turned the water back on since I told him that my kids were sick and I needed the water, I had been trying to contact them for two Months with no respond, so he connected the water, I explained to him the situation, he said that when he turned my service back on that he had found a leak in front of the meter and he had fixed it and he said that my meter was not the problem and even he was not supposed to fix my pipes he did and he expended 3 hours on fixing it, by Monday and to be connected I paid the $642 for past two Months, but also I know that ******* was lying because when he said that he spent 3 hours , I was at Home, in and out to the store and he never spent the time that he said. Now I had got the new water bill and it is for $350.40 for ha been used ***** gallons of water, when the company had never had replied to my calls, I had left several messages about this problem, but they do not reply back to me or make a good investigation on who is reading wrong the meter or if the meter is bad as I said, I have no water leaks at home but this company with their bad administration is killing me, can you imagine paying $992.85 just for past three Months of water! , honestly I do not know what to do, since they do not listen to my complaint and now they are charging me triple. There were only one time that a lady name ****** called me, but I was sleep since I work graveyard. Please I really need an advice on this
