Date Of Service: 9-26-2021 Amount Paid: Cash $360 Service: 3 Boxes Shipped to the *********** Complaint: Boxes were never delivered. Several Phone calls have been ignored after first initial call and answer. Individual we spoke with was a male who told us to email, then we called from a different number and he said he was sick and can't assist. No response from the email nor calls are being ignoredBusiness response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/02/22) */ Hello, We received a letter from your office regarding the box for delivery in the *********** sent by the complainant***************. The so called area where the box is to be delivered is a remote island. As of last week, our representative and the consignee had an agreement that they will just meet in the city proper. And we are concerned about the safety of our agent since it's a remote area in the ***** of the ***********. Thank you. *************
