Contractors Beware joining Pro Referral ********** uses us to deal with there complaining no money bad payee window shopping customers because thy dont have the man power to perform work with the product they sell they take you thru rigorous bak ground check and tell if you have a problem with one of the customers and the customer complains to them about you even though they breached a contract with you Pro Referral says that there not responsible if theres a problem but they lie about that at least this lady does :************************* Resolution Expeditor Ste 200, **************************************** What she will do is she will turn your leads off or re-route your jobs to another contractor in line for an account then shut your account down and try to offer the customer what they call a: The case was passed on to our management team. Our pro referral guarantee was offered ($500) for dissatisfaction of the referral per management- and then try to stick you with the BILL. Basically saying if you dont pay the free money ($500) they gave to that customer we wont open your account back they call it Account Reimbursement. They use this tactic to control you. They can also refund the customer Money that you worked for and try to blackmail you with that trust me they tried Pro Referral AKA RedBeacon was a lead company bout out by ********** around 2012 also Beware of ***** dont believe nonthing she tells you because she will set you up BEWARE STAY AWAY good luck to the company that copy and **** this along

Got case # from Pro Referral after hiring a pro thru ProReferral. Their referred pro had a contract with me that included labor and materials. Contractor didn't finish contract; installed untreated wood on the deck; damaged TimberTech materials; also 5 TimberTech boards were missing when he abandoned project; left worksite in dangerous status (deck was open; stairs were ripped out; boards with nails scattered on ground level); damaged driveway concrete after he got stuck with his trailer on it). Pro Referral offered to sign a settlement and release agreement and a $500 check. Result: I never received this check. The phone number from the case worker doesn't work anymore. Their customer service staff is not allowed to provide contact information from a higher level management. They take a message and I never heard anything back.

In my opinion, ** surprised that a company as respected and successful as ********** would use a third party company like Pro Referral. I used a suggested professional from **********s Pro Referral and its been interesting to say the least. I met with the owner (professional) who was to build deck frame. I want to finish the deck myself but needed someone to do the framing. After postponing original start date, a couple guys show up and work for a couple hours and disappear without saying anything. No problem except they left wood, hardware and other items all over the place and it is due to rain and snow that night so I had to go clean up. Next day, different guys show up and questioned what they were doing. Little to know communication between groups or from groups and owner. Seen guys drinking alcohol on the job, playing loud music, urinating on my wall behind the house. Completely and utterly unprofessional. Pro Referral states they do not guarantee basically anything from workmanship to background checks so not sure why ********** would put their brand in jeopardy by referring highly unprofessional companies. Halfway through the job and ** constantly calling the owner, because hes not around, to deal with issues. Another example is the fact the guys moved the footers to align the posts and now I have between 5 to 7 1/2 space between posts. Looks like the frame was just thrown together in a hurry with no thought process or care for professionalism at all. Do your own homework and bypass Pro Referral from **********!

I use pro referral I hired a guy by the name of.******************************* to paint my exterior of my house it took him two weeks to paint my house and my house is only **** ft. its a two-story house. It was paint runs around the window on the second level paint runs on the body of the house some areas of the house you can see where he did a terrible job.it was brush marks on the doors, and when I pointed out all these problems to him, he got upset told me I had a old house thats why I had paint runs I refused to pay him until he took care of the problems he started hollering give me my check, give me my check out real loud, he then called the police, told the police I was trying to steal his service I show the police, the paint runs, and where he miss painted so the police ask the other guy that was with him if he was willing to correct the problems and the guy said yes, so the police made ******************************* stay off my property and the other guy that was with him took care of the paint runs they had got paint on my flowers in my flower bed my backyard hat paint all on the grass. I made him replaced my basement window covers because they got paint all on them. This guy work is sloppy I would not recommend *******************************. I contacted pro referral to let them know of the problems I had with this guy and I have not heard back from them and it has been over a week now. Pro referral do not care about any problems. You encounter with the people that they refer to you through their services.

Save your Money, never use their services , I hired someone through pro referral to paint my cabinets and he damaged them ,Pro referral said it's not their responsibility . They don't have professional workers , Don't use their Services again I say it .

I would never use this service again. I used Local Pro to have my bathtub recaulked. The next day a small portion of the caulking was cracked. The chap came back two days later and redid the small portion. Then a week and half later, another portion was also cracking. Called the supposedly local pro. Would come back in a couple of days. I tried getting in touch with the local pro a day before he was suppose to come back. I wanted a refund. I paid $300 for this service which is too much for substandard work.. He is now unreachable.

I went into ********** on February 6, 2022 to ask if they have any wallpaper installation service at their location. I was told they make use of Local Pros that I will need to provide my postal code in order to recommend home renovators. I was also told I will be contacted by the three local pros that are within my vicinity and I can choose to use any of them. Same night, Shah texted me from Ridge construction regarding my wallpaper installation and we negotiated the cost of doing the installation. He asked that I provided the photo of the wall as well as the dimension. I did all that and also asked if two rolls would be enough and he confirmed it would be (I have the text messages of our chat). Fast forward to March 4th, he asked if he could do the installation that weekend and i confirmed he could. After he was done with the work, he said the two rolls was not enough that i would have to buy another roll to cover the remaining area. He said once I buy it, i should let him know and he would come over to finish the work. NOTE: HE NEVER MENTIONED ANYTHING ABOUT CHARGING ME FOR THE NEXT TRIP TO FINISH THE INSTALLATION. I paid this scammer in full ($250) even though he had not finished because i trusted he would come back. Last week, i tried to get a hold of him to ask when he would be able to finish the installation and he never responded to my text. I called and he said he was going out of town for 5 days and would come over when he gets back. Yesterday: I sent him a text again asking when he would come and he said i will have to pay an additional $75 which is payment for his time. So i called him and asked him why he is charging me even though the $250 i paid was for the entire wall. He started yelling and blaming me for not buying enough wallpapers to finish the job same day. Called ********** and customer service lady said it was indeed my responsibility to have enough wallpaper rolls. I leave everyone of you to God's hands.

03/16/22 ********* hired *************** a one man company called MG ***************** *** through Pro Referral.This person requested a 30% upfront payment of $3000, the total balance amounted to $9388 per contract. The project had 2 stages: cleaning the patio and pressure cleaning for $1050. ***************, MG **************** did not seem to have any adult employees and used his children 18 and 15 and younger to assist him with stage one. When realizing this I was already not a happy person I felt for the money I was paying for this project I was entitled to some professional people and not children. This however, is unfortunately not the last issue. The 2nd stage was tiling for the difference of $8338. When ************************* came to stage 2 on the contract and needed to purchase the tiles at ********** he started to stall and lied telling me he already purchased the tiles and I needed to make another payment of 35%. I found out he never purchased any tiles and then he told me he could not lay tiles .and needed a helper. He also threatened me with a lien on my property if I do not make my payments. I told him and prior to this issue I wanted to cancel this project with him because of all the problems and lies. He refused to give me the difference of $1950 back.I am 78 yrs. disabled, cannot walk and live alone. This person was out to deceive me. I still did not get the difference of $1950 back. What a dishonest thief I hired with the recommendation of Pro Referral. I have contacted Pro Referral but have not received an answer back yet. Also filed a complain with BBB. He never contacted BBB back. ****
