I went to s 27th location in ********* wi on 6/2/24. Employee with dreads and white t-shirt was being very unprofessional and screaming at customers. Please watch camaras or ask other employees how she is treating customers. Made shopping experience at DDs horrible.Business response

Went to DD location January 19 to go shopping for a shirt never felt so uncomfortable in a store in my life !! They need to take those ropes down thats a safely issue both doors are blocked and the security just watches everyone like they criminals thats so unexceptionableBusiness response

I am writing on behalf of my mother due to her English barrier. My mother is 67 years old.On 2/11/23, my mother purchased white floral luggage at **** Discount on ************************************************************ (Receipt #****-02-4243-3042-8). However, after she got home, she noticed there were scratches on the luggage and did not like it. My mother attempted to return the next day, but the Manager refused. The Manager accused her of using the luggage before returning it. On 2/17/23, I attempted to return the luggage at the same location. I spoke with ***********, the Manager on duty. She told me that the wheels were dirty, with too many scratches, and the item was purchased a few days ago. I told her my mother had bought it like that, but she did not believe me. She refused my return and told me to get a refund at a different DD's store. Throughout these experiences, I would like to file a formal complaint because the store accused my mother of using the luggage without proof and refused to refund the item.Business response

I am rejecting this response because:I was disappointed with DDs corporate decision to not offer a refund for some luggage.
My story: My mother purchased some luggage from the DDs Discount store, and she tried to return it the next day. The store management told my mother the luggage wheels were dirty and scratched. My mother was confused because the luggage was brought back to the store in the same condition as it was when she purchased it. Please avoid shopping at this store, as they will not honor any refunds.

On 9/10/22 I was at the dds store in **************** on ************* shopping with my sister and daughter. I took my white jeans vest off to try on medical coat and walked to mirror came back and I put in my buggy and a customer interrupted me and I forgot to get my vest I laid across the rack. I live an hour away and called back when I noticed I didnt have it. Told cashier exactly where to go to get and she did and I asked her if she could put my name on it and place somewhere so I can come back that week to get or send my sister for and she said yes ok she will do. When my sister went to get it they told her they dont have it. A manager asked the girl why she didnt put my name on it and put in back. The manager then told my sister if they couldnt find it they would call me and no one did. Manager stated they would reimburse me back.this was a $30 jacket I got from catos. I called the store back this morning and who answered the phone was very nasty, not business worthy at all and tried to change stories and I asked right off if I could speak with manager and was told she was but she was nowhere near manage material. I believe they this was no case of mishap because if you have a note on something with person name and reason its there my vest would have still been there. Managers dont hang up on customers either when their store made the mistake. That is telling me one of them probably have my vest. I had a white jeans vest and white jeans jacket and the vest is what they misplaced. This between their workers who moved my vest.Business response
