Despite having nice customer serviceThey will not due their job correctly and will NOT double check for the parking permit and will still make you pay. I have been at my residence for more than a year, so i obviously have all that I need in order to park legally. The towing company that they use, Expedite Towing, only allows you to retrieve your car through appointment only.Despite me receiving my custom plates 2 weeks ago, dealing with family death, and a newborn, they will still say that, its not updated in the system. Even when you have your parking permit on a visible NON tinted window. The female worker said she couldnt see the sticker the night of my towing, which is why it was towed. She had to double check, while I was on the phone with her, that it was in fact visibly there. All thought she did attempt to help me out and speak to her manager, theyre still making pay for something that couldve been easily looked at with a simple flash light. This is extremely upsetting, not only because the death and newborn factor in my life, but because so many other residents park in illegal spots, for more than 20 minutes AND NO ONE BATS AN EYE. I am a new mother and dont have the funds and have PPD. So thanks a lot.Review from Angie B

If your are thinking of hiring this company for one of your properties save yourself the time. They are so rude and unprofessional. I was appalled when I found out I was actually talking to the owner! He was very rude and disrespectful. Did not listen to me at all and kept arguing the whole time. His secretary or whatever she is, has the worst customer service skills hanging up on me and not returning my calls until I asked the manager of the property to please have ****, the owner, reach out to me. I left multiple voicemails and got no response until I used a different phone number and the same secretary answered and was so disgustingly rude and told me her phone had died! What secretary uses a cellphone for a company?! When I asked her if she could please make sure the call wouldnt disconnect she rudely asked me if my phone was ok, I heard the call cutting out and asked her if the call was cutting out, there was noise in the background and she said she had her disabled brother there and if it was a problem for her R word brother was an issue for me. She used that word not me. She is obviously related to the owner and was working from home. Finally **** called me back and wouldnt let me explain. I went to go visit my sister and parked at the visitor area, where Ive parked multiple times and spent the night and there has never been an issue. I got there at 9:20 pm. The tow company gave me statement with **** the owners signature stating my car was first seen parked at the property at 9:15pm when I have footage of me leaving my home at exactly that time. All I wanted from **** was for him to explain to me why he signed the towing paperwork at 9:15pm when I was home at that time. I have footage of me leaving. He blamed it all on the towing company, mind you he signed the document stating he is the one that reported my car and the time is there with his signature, what kind of business man signs a document without reading it. He told me to take him to court.Network Parking Solutions Response

This person epitomizes the word rude! From the moment the call was answered she was aggressive, condescending and extremely rude. She at no time would allow you to answer her question and would continually talk over you and when you were allowed to answer her question she would ask the same question again. Claiming she wanted an answer. During her whole rant here she never once stated that the tow company acknowledged that they incorrectly put the first observed time on the tow sheet nor did she state that they also refunded her her tow fee, which they didn't have to.
Her vehicle was towed due to not being registered nor having a permit and being reversed into the space, not for the time of when it was first observed on property. I acknowledged that I signed the tow authorization for those reasons and that the tow driver filled in the times.
She was one of the worst interactions with a person on the phone I have had in 25 years! A review of her complaint and her dismissive tone will tell you all you need to know. A true *****!!!

The company towed my vehicle after hours from my place of residence and the towing company they used charged after hour fees. This company was well aware of the towing companies business hours and dates and still called after hours on their day off to have them tow my vehicle. They did not have any signs posted during the day when I parked my vehicle and when I called the lady stated they put a sign in front of the property close to the street but could not specify when it was put that as i told her there was no sign posted when i parked. I have been living here over 2 years and never had any issues with parking and the sign was never there nor was the parking policy in my rental agreement. $515 to get my car back 2 hours after it was taken is ridiculous.Network Parking Solutions Response

The person in this complaint went online January 16, 2024 and agreed to and signed the parking policy. They were fully aware of the parking policy and that signs were posted. We are contracted to monitor the parking area with a random parking patrol 7 days a week. We do not control the towing company nor their hours as it is a separate 3rd party company. The parking policy does not pause due to the tow companies business hours. It is the residents responsibility to ensure they follow all parking rules anytime they park within the community.Review from Sierra I

I Love this company! They work where I live and they are always so helpful! Anytime I have someone parked in the assigned space they are quick to resolve it. So staff is always willing to help.Review from San Diego

The complex front gate sign says cited or towed, I had no idea my car was in violation of anything and suddenly it disappears. Instead of cite it with a 24 hour warning, ticket anything else besides take the car and cause me a hard earned $305. It wasn't bothering anyone, there is plenty of available parking. Its an unfortunate situation to get educated on parking rules in such a violating way. You never know what a person is going through but adding an expensive tow and inconvenience to someones day clearly isn't helpful, ever!!! I called for information as to how and why this happened and how I can make sure it doesn't happen again and SO RUDE!! When you're in a business that can ruin a persons day please try to speak to them better, my goodness its mind bending how someone can be so rude when I was simply asking questions. Talk about feeling kicked when you're down. You could have chosen to give a citation first before causing my vehicle to disappear; it feels terrible. It wasn't in a red zone, handicap or an assigned spot hindering anyone from being able to park. I hope you reconsider your customer service and business practices.Network Parking Solutions Response

Since no specific information was given a proper response cannot be written. I can only address the information contained within the review. 1. The sign at the entrance stated the consequences and it was disregarded. 2. ********** law does not allow for citations unless a written agreement has been made with the owner of the vehicle. 3. Our company only enforces the policies that we asked to monitor. 4. We are not in business to ruin anyone's day. Once again we only enforce the rules that are in place. 5. When speaking with a customer service representative you should also take into account that you are not entitled or privileged to be abusive or threatening when carrying on a conversation. It is not RUDE to to tell a aggressive person that there's nothing you can do we are only ENFORCING the rules.6. PAY ATTENTION, READ AND THEN FOLLOW WHAT THE **** SAYS!Customer Response

WOW!!!! Entitled or privileged to be abusive or threatening? Are you serious?! You have a recording of the call correct? I never cursed or said anything of such; beyond confused why you would choose to say such a thing. Did I ever ask for a refund? I take responsibility; my issue is with your lack of service when speaking to a person and your choosing of enforcement because I can guarantee right next to me there were other cars without a sticker and they were NOT towed; that is why I thought it was stolen! Your response clearly shows the inept leadership for your business and I hope you can take constructive criticism to improve your skills and business.
