Regarding: Very Serious Complaint Dear Farmer Boys *************** Executive:Back on both Wednesday, May 3rd, 2023 and Sunday, May 7th, 2023, I had received a Free Burger Coupon To Claim inside your FarmerBoys Restaurant and the reason why I did Not claim it is because I had already visited your Hollywood, ********** store about a month ago and claimed one (1) on my android phone, so I was Not sure if I would still Qualify for Your Free Burger or Not! However, I did contact your customer service department several times at: ************** and was transferred to ***** to take care of it. I had left ***** several voice messages asking her to call ME back since I called her before the offer expired and was hoping to get the assistance that I needed, however, she had Totally Ignored All Of My Phone Calls and Never Responded Back To Me Causing Me To Lose Out On The Opportunity For The Free Offer which is Beyond Unfair! I am very much angry and upset over this Horrible Mistreatment and Abuse which I did Not Deserve after all of the Five (*****) Star Reviews that I had published on your Hollywood, ********** location already on to ******************************* Sitejabber, Instagram and the Better Business Bureau, including on my ******* Channel under: ****** ******************* whereby I have a Very Huge Following since I do Promote Tourism and Restaurants, etc. I would more than appreciate it if the Director ******************* can please contact ME to Make It Right for ME so that I can go back to any of your restaurants to take advantage of the Free Offer that I just most recently missed out of No Fault Of My Own! Enclosed, in the attachments below, please find copies of the Free Offer, including a Reminder of the Free Offer for your reference and further review. Thank you.Initial Complaint

We ordered onion rings, hamburgers, zucchini, salads the breakfast and none of it tasted good. And I paid and the guy tried to take my money and he was the cashier and I told the boss and we got the some our money back. We spent all together about $100.00 dollars since they opened last year. We bought the food on November 13 2022. And we lost the receipts because they hardly gave it to us and my husband and I had there app. And the people are rude that work inside and it was always take out food. We are recovering from covid and we have oxygen problems. We don't have the app anymore and they keep bugging me. We just want our money back please. And no coupons either or gift cards. The food was never cooked good or hot either. Resolution, we want our money back please. Thank you.
