***** ******* has put my loan in a technical default since November of 2021. There are upward of $**** in erroneous fees due to this technical default despite the fact my loan is current with monthly payments exceeding the minimum payment amount all in which have been submitted on time. I've contacted dozens of people within First Bank and SBA Complete and they either ignore my emails or end communication with me saying they've been instructed ***** ******* is handling my loan and they are no longer communicating with me. ***** ******* has stonewalled me from communicating with anyone within these two banks. The bank refuses to provide details of the fees and refuses to post payments on my loan account as they cleared my bank and posting then months later ******* erroneous additional interest to be added to my loan. ***** ******* is deliberately keeping my loan in a technical default. I've requested numerous times for the accounting of my payments to be ignored and refused this information. I've also asked for an explanation for the exorbitant fees assessed to my "current" account to also be ignored. Putting a loan in a technical default, accessing erroneous fees and stonewalling are all illegal actions. I'm seeking fee reversals, interest to be adjust as payment were received and and accurate payoff through 3/23/22. I have payment confirmations, canceled checks, and multiple ***** ************** to support the above ********* *******Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/03/18) */ Thank you for providing us an opportunity to respond to this concern. Please know that we take all customer complaints seriously. As requested we have been researching the payment activity from September 2021 through February 2022 and reviewing the fees included on your recent statements and loan pay off quote. We are awaiting one additional piece of documentation and will provide a full response by the end of day.
