      0 stars. Incredibly frustrating experience with customer service. Placed an order on August 9th, package shipped on August 11th. Order has not been updated since August 14th. I waited until 8/22 to call and reach out about said package not updating. I call customer service and am told I need to wait an additional two days THEN CALL BACK, if the package hasnt been delivered by then. They understand the package is in ********** and the third party carrier is too busy to update my tracking details on the package. There is no way this package is making it to me by Saturday and rather than rectify the situation on the phone call I made today, I need to wait MORE, then waste my time calling them back to explain my situation again. Offered a 20% coupon to purchase more items. Hate everything about this company, customer service and honestly the monthly money grab if I forget to skip. Horrible, forget using them. Not worth the lack luster product and horrible customer service.

      Business is deceptive in their policies and does not take ownership of delayed orders. I placed an order on July 11th it processed on July 12th but was not picked up until July 22nd. *** called twice now asking for a refund on the $6.95 shipping as it wouldnt arrive in time for what I needed it for. The first time I called they said 6-10 business days to arrive and that it would still arrive despite not being shipped. The second time after having been picked up and have a delivery date of July 29th (passed the 6-10 days) they tell me its 6-10 days after a 3 day processing time despite it only taking 1 day to process. They refused to refund the shipping and when I asked to complain they tried to give me **** number to complain to them. Then they tell me they submitted an internal complaint (that I cant see). Terrible company and customer service who hides and makes up policies to deceive people out of more money.

      Avoid purchasing from this company.The quality of their products is subpar and is manufactured using ethically questionable, internationally outsourced labor. I had two bras underwires dislodge after laundering them each once and before I could even wear the products. They require you to mail back defective items, and withhold issuing any refunds or exchanges until after they physically receive the defective item back. Youll be out of pocket for the return shipping materials, too.Their subscription program is borderline predatory. They purposefully make it very challenging to remove yourself from the subscription program, and are banking on your forgetfulness to skip the monthly fee during the first five days of the month.

      Very predatory online retailer. Have to become a member to purchase from website. Costs $60 a month auto billed to maintain. You can skip the month if you remember..... Should you forget, your $60 turns into a "member credit" on the website. Not $60. They make it very difficult for you to spend the entire value of your $60 "member credit". Also to add a little extra difficulty in getting your $60 value back, your "member credits" conveniently expire eventually. I have around $360 in "member credits" right now that I have no idea how I am going to spend without paying for a bunch of extra shipping and random weird transactions. Whole business model is just super sketchy. Ripping people off wherever they can.

      I canceled my membership.My size is always out of stock and I do not like that I cannot spend the whole $59 member credit. If I want an item that is $10 it uses my whole member credit and you get to keep the extra. That is a huge rip off. Alternatively I could but something that is over $59 with my member credit but sometimes I just want a few things at a time while I wait for my size to come back into stock (which almost never happens). Additionally there are not enough items that I like that are over $59. When I use your bundle feature it is a pain because it you click the wrong thing you have to start all over. Why cant we just add items to the cart and everything is deducted from or applied to the member credit. I feel the new ownership of this company only look to increase profit and rip off customers before they realize it. They try to blind you with the idea you can buy anything you want for $59, but what happens if what you want and like is less than the member creditthe customer loses money. We should be able to use our money however we want.

      I never do any special gestures in the bedroom for ANY man however Ive been dating my ex off and on for awhile and I decided to surprise him a couple days after Valentines Day. He specifically said that he loves the way it looks on me and tell ******* She did that !!! ;)

      They make the *** Membership nearly impossible to cancel. Cancelled the membership on the 4th of February **** before the payment due date of February 6th and my card still got charged.

      I have been a very loyal customer since 2021. I went online to purchase a few items w/my credits. I had 3 credits but when I looked online, I only had one. I reached out to customer service & asked them why this was & they told me that the credits expire after 12 months. I could've sworn that when I signed up, it had CLEARLY stated that the member credits DO NOT EXPIRE. I even googled it and there was an article that popped up saying that they will never expire. The agent offered me a 50% coupon code to a regular priced item & said 'Sorry this has always been the rule'. He then proceeded to tell me that they sent me two emails reminding me. I looked through every inbox and had no email from SavagexFenty 'reminding' me that my credits were about to expire. The only reason I didn't use those credits sooner is because there was nothing I needed or thought was cute to purchase w/the credits. Very disappointed to say the least. There goes $100 because of a policy I was never told about. I also told him that he should probably check up on the article I found about credits not expiring that was posted on their website, since it contradicts the information he gave me.

      The membership is a scam. It's almost $60 a month and when I went to use my credit, it couldn't be applied toward discount items (which is most of the items). The items not discounted that are available, are around $30 and consume 1 full credit. Definitely a scam.
