I went to the business Gtron to help fix my computer, I paid the initial $125 diagnostic fee through Zelle with the owner of the shop. I left my ** with the owner ***** and about an hour later, get an email with an invoice. I just wanted to know what was wrong with the ** and if the fixes were cheap id do it. It was WAY too much for what I was willing to pay and stated that via email. The owner then calls me to try and negotiate me to pay and says he will talk to his partner *** about it. I don't know if *** actually exist as he's never mentioned anywhere on the website or reviews. He emails me back a new invoice with a cheaper rate but still more than I am willing to pay. I let him know again, asking to pick up my ** again and he proceeds to call me again! In this call he's trying to negotiate with me a price, all the while insinuating that he has already repaired the ** and that it unfair that he has worked with it for hours already. Even though all I paid for was a diagnostic, not a repair. When I asked why it was repaired when I sent no approval he proceeds to tell me that we can talk about it when I get there and to bring cash. When I arrive, he explains everything he did to fix it, not what was wrong with it like I wanted, and wants me to pay for the repairs that I did not approve of. He refuses for us to take the ** back without paying for his work. We end up calling the cops, all the while he locks himself with my ** and messes with it. Cops get there and he hands it over. I posted a review of my experience on Yelp (which a lot of other people have gone through similar experiences) and he proceeds to reply with racism and even posting stuff about my personal information including the business I work for and part of my home address. I don't think someone who owns a business and is going to outwardly expose customer information and promote racism should be in business.Thank you!

I called this guy who his name is ***** on Saturday afternoon, January 8th ******************************************************************************** a time at ****pm to go and meet him at his office in ******************. My guess to the problem that my hard drive could have caught some kind of virus. I took my laptop and went there at the agreed time. He checked the laptop and told me that the hard drive is broken and more likely need to be replaced. He asked me to leave the laptop with him for a couple of hours so he can do his check and inspection and later to give me a definite answer of whats the problem, the solution for it and how much it will cost. He called me after two hours and told me that the hard drive is definitely damaged and did need to be replaced and he will try to recover as much as possible of my private and confidential information on the Hard Drive. He quoted me a price off $650 and I immediately refused this price and asked him to return the laptop back to me. He then offered to give me a very good discount and said he wants to work with me to fix the laptop as he has already worked on it and spent time as well. He then agreed with me to pay him $300 for everything which is replacing the hard drive and recovering the data. He promised to call me the following day Sunday and have the laptop ready around the afternoon time. He asked me to bring cash to pay him. He called me and I went on the following day Sunday afternoon to take the laptop from him as it is ready and being fixed. He said that he found the *** memory cards broken as well and asked me to pay him an extra $40 so then I paid him $340 in cash. As I wanted to take the laptop and leave, I asked him to give me my broken hard drive as well. He suggested to leave the broken Hard Drive with him for 2days and I go home and check my recovered data and let him know if theres anything missing and he from his side will do an advanced search to see if theres any data that he couldnt
