      New electrical Panel was installed and completed 11/4/21 by Three Phase Electric. Paid $1652.00 for the panel and the inspection fee of $250.00. Called 11/30/21 to follow up on the inspection, spoke with ****** who stated the **************** were back logged and it would be 2-3 weeks. Called 12/20/21 left message , no call back. Called again 2/24/22 left message with owner, no call back, called later in day ***** took the messageno return call. Called 9/27/22 said Owner was out call back tomorrow. Called 9/28/22 stated owner not available, forwarded me to ***********************, Acct. *** stated she would call ***** to set up a time to get the inspection done. Dispute is: I, ***** paid the inspection bill ($208.00)with ****************, invoice ******** showed past due 10/27/22 for Three Phase Electric. I paid this amount on 11/7/22 and the inspection was done this day. It was not paid by Three Phase electric. My sister, **** Called Three Phase Electric 2/27/23, the receptionist said the owner was out of the office. Later that day I called and was put through to ***** and stated the inspection was done and I paid the invoice and am requesting a refund of $250.00. She said ok I will get with the account department and issue a refund. Several minutes later she called back and said I would need to get the credit back from the **************** since they paid the amount and was waiting for a return call from *****. I told ********************** could not have paid the bill if it was already paid by Three Phase Electric. There is something wrong in the accounting department. On 2/28/23 **** called The **************** spoke with **** ************ and explained the situation and he did verify that the $208.00 invoice ******** was paid by ***** and I asked him if there was a duplicate bill in their system for ****** address he said no this was the only one. All receipts and a letter were sent to owner ***************** on 2/27/23. 3/2/23 mailed info to *****. see attachment
