I think I dodged a bullet (judging from the reviews)! I was assigned a reverse mortgage applicaton. I called and left 2 messges for the borowers to call back. No one did. When I notified Notarize247 they said they would reach out to title and to the *** After not receiving any further contact from Notarize 247 on the day of the signing, I contacted Notarize247. They wanted me to contact the ** for an update. I explained that I needed them to do that and give me direction, as they are the company that hired me. I again explained that I had not received a call back from the borrowers after leaving 2 messages. I also indicated that I could not drive and hour to the borrowers, unless Notarize247 authorized full payment if the borrowers were no show. Immediately, Notarize247 removed me from the signing, and indicated that the removal was because they gave me an option to call the *** I have never had this happen, and I've been in the business since ****. In retrospect, it appears that it may have saved me from chasing payment. I will no longer do business with this company.Review from Angel V

I completed a signing for them in November 2022 and have not been paid. They should not be contracting notaries if they cannot pay them! I usually give people the benefit of the doubt but this is obviously an issue as many other notaries have not received payment.Review from Greg V

They dont pay their notaries. Like many other notaries on this website, I have sent several emails and phone calls and no one will answer. I wonder if they are business any more. I would not give them a 1 star, but it would not let me post without giving them a star.Review from Daniel G

I am with DMG Notaries and like others here and on other review sites I have done work for this company and they are refusing to pay. I did a closing for Notarize 24/7 and after I reached out to clarify their payment terms and I was given an initial response that they were going through a transition period and that they were behind on payments. I waited 30 more days and sent a follow-up email to see if I needed to invoice them or if there was anything I might be able to do to help expedite things. My email was immediately returned undeliverable. They are now blocking all of my emails. I have since gone on to a notary forum and MANY other notaries are reporting the exact same story about the "transition in their accounting department" and that after emailing them regarding payment their emails are now being blocked. I'm a notary who worked for them. I did a signing for them in December 2022 and have never been paid. They do not reply to inquiries regarding payment status. Do not answer their phone, nor email. If your an ************** or any company looking to use them as A **************** DO NOT USE THEM. They don't pay the Notary who performs the work. I too have not been paid by this company despite successful signing back in October of 2022. It is now January of 2023. STAY AWAY!
