Worst customer service ever. Slow to respond. Ive been waiting for resolution. Nothing. **************** is extremely rude and dismissive. Outrageously priced product for extreme sub par customer service.Initial Complaint

I Purchase a kayak opened it up did not like what I saw unfold it and then I fold it back up and call the company to return it I did not like the material and I didnt like the shape of the product I was told to wait for a week to return the product. I received the label I mailed, the didnt return my full refund I was short changed ***** I want my full refund.Initial Complaint

I ordered a kayak from Oru Kayak. Separately, I also ordered some add ons that I was not sure would fit the kayak I ordered. Within 2 minutes of placing the separate add on order, I contact Oru Kayak and asked for them to cancel the order. They replied it was already shipped and they could not cancel it. This was not a factual statement. It had not shipped and did not ship for 5 more days. They told me to reject the order when it arrived. I planned to do so but the shipper they used signed for the delivery when I was not hope. I contacted Oru again and asked for return. After some back and forth they directed me to their returns website and I submitted a return request. It's been 12 days and the request has not been reviewed yet. My credit card has been charged. I've paid the balance. Oru Kayak has not yet even looked at the return request. They chose to ship me the order after I officially canceled it. They now refuse to look at the cancelation request so I can ship it back. This is awful customer service and every interaction I've had with their customer service team has been awful and dishonest.Initial Complaint

I purchased an Oru Kayak (SN OKAI3611F021) on February 16th 2022 in the amount of $1,099.50. On March 11th ***************************************************************************** between the corragated layers. I was advised that this was cosmetic and would not present a risk. On May 11th, the boat took on significant leaks and I reached out to Oru regarding their manufacturers warranty. Initially, they responded and asked me to send in a video in addition to the pictures I'd already sent in. I sent in a video however have not received a response since. I have since sent 5 follow up emails (including every active email address I could find publically listed for Oru) and have not received even an acknowledgement email from the company. In my last two emails I've also asked for refunds if they are unwilling to honor their warranty but have received no response either. At this point, if they are unable to replace the defective unit with a safe one I would prefer a refund as their support as been nearly non-existent to date.Initial Complaint

Hi, I ordered a kayak from this company for $1100. It arrived damaged. I contacted the company. They have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. They informed me that my kayak was fine, this was after I sent them pictures of the damage and holes in my kayak. It arrived yesterday and I contacted them yesterday.
