    If I could go back in time and do it all over again, I would steer clear of this company! Our washing machine was leaking, so, I called Apex Appliance Service after reading the reviews and looking at their website.The website states Fast Service Guaranteed, well it has been 3 days since the technician dismantled our washing machine to repair the leak. He took it apart and then realized that he didnt have the sealant that is used when you reassemble the parts. For 3 days he has been waiting for a special sealant. A couple of things come to mind: What technician starts a repair job without making sure that he has all the parts needed to complete the job?What Special sealant do you need to repair a washing machine? Cant you just go to your local hardware store and pick up a sealant? The washing machine is out of warranty.Oh, and another thing:Trying to contact the Technician or the customer ********************** agents at the office is like playing the Lottery, every now and then you get lucky.I definitely would not recommend this repair service to anyone, and I definitely will not use this company again.

    On 11/29/23 Our Tech has taken the Washer apart and discovered he needed a special sealant. The Tech placed a order right away and had it over night. Which the customer was scheduled next day 11/30/23. The job was completed 11/30 and paid for by Customer. The Customer would also called multiple times on 11/29/23 and was placed on hold but would hang up repeatedly. We are so sorry if he wasn't satisfied. we are trying our best during the Holiday time. The Tech dismantled it because it is a huge job to do and would be back next day. Please let us know if we can help any further.
