We went here two years agoIn our past experience we asked how long for a table outsideknowing full well the time difference between outside and inside was different. After waiting 1.5 hours for an outside table we were given a table inside. We explained our request and the error in the communication breakdown. We called in and spoke to a manager afterwards and was told to specify outsidebut expect a much more lengthy waitWellwe did just thatOur table, after a long wait, was notified as being available. So we surrendered our spot at the bar(which was outside) for an inside table.When I brought up not only the problem, but how it was a repetitive dynamic, our being treated rudely happenedyet again.We said that they should let their customers know their request cannot be met, especially if they make the specific request. This fell on the proverbial deaf ears.Total experience was to affect not only our experience, but the ability to have an enjoyable experience all togetherwhich is the companys point and purposetherefore counter the intuitive to their company motto.Having been designated as a Party of Karens is our primary complaint. Instead of realizing our circumstance was individually unique, we were labeled, branded and treated horribly due to their inability to understand discretion.We were compd a round, which was a nice gesturehoweverthe awkwardness of being stared at and no follow up to make sure we were leaving happier, was abysmal!We feel as if we paid for a bad experience. Just disrespectful. Plain and simple
