      One of my employees was a victim of a predatory car dealership. I don't know if there is anything we can do but I would like him to be able to return the vehicle. I am ok paying the fees.

      To Whom It May ******** first of all this is a 3rd party complaint. We don't know if this is on behalf of the customer or not. However, regardless, we got hold of the customer and we settled it with the customer directly and the vehicle was returned, this claim was resolved.

      Purchased a 2016 ******* Elantra from them and immediately had issues after driving it a block down the road. There were no issues during the test drive. Took it back to them and after the salesman took it out for a test drive with me told me just to baby it over the weekend as it drives fine if you baby it and his mechanic would check it out Monday morning. After dropping it off Monday morning was told they replaced 2 of the 4 spark plugs due to a misfire and thats what was causing the loss of power. Less than 1 week later it started having loss of power issues again so within that week I took it back to them and was told their mechanic was on vacation for 2 weeks and to call and see what the 3 month *************** could do for me. I decided to have another reliable mechanic take a look at if for me and he told me that the catalytic converter was completely clogged and it was causing misfire in the engine and loss of power. I relayed this newfound diagnosis to the dealership and was told they fixed the first problem out of the kindness of their heart but there was nothing they could do since this was a new issue. I firmly told them this was the same issue and they needed to take care of it, to which the person on the line told me he would relay the information to his supervisor but pretty sure it would be the same answer. Now I have to spend $1,800+ to get a new catalytic converter and install it so I can have a reliable transportation.

      I purchased a truck from *** at 3k Auto *** in ********* in August 2022. There was a broken air conditioner and broken door handle that needed to be replaced and would take a couple of days to repair. I paid for the truck with the agreement that the air conditioner and door would be fixed and was told by *** that the oil had just been changed and that the truck had gone through an inspection. I had no reason to doubt *** (which is my mistake) and not being a mechanic myself I did not know what to look for and had no way of looking under the hood and of course on the test drive everything seemed fine. A month later I took the truck into a **** dealership because the check engine light came on and when i get there a simple loose sensor fixed the problem, However, I requested an oil change because i had driven a lot in that month and when they were done with the truck they showed me the oil plug which was installed incorrectly and oil was leaking and the **** tech said it was a miracle the plug did not fall off and they also noticed the CV Axle was leaking bad which would have been caught by the mechanic at 3k Auto had they actually inspected it and the radiator was leaking as well. The techs at **** said the leaks were made to be collected in the bottom protector so that no fluid leak would hit the ground and that all that accumulation could easy start a fire. The tires were also determined to be 6 years old and of course me not knowing what to look for was told I have been extremely lucky they have not popped because they have severe tire rot. The radiator fan blade was also broken and it was a miracle it did not break. When I called ******** told him all the problems the **** dealership found that should have been caught by his mechanic I was told by *** " I dont know what to tell you, not my problem, too bad". *** assured me many times the truck had gone through rigorous inspection by his mechanic. This is what i get for believing him, do not trust this guy at all!!!

      I Returned a car I purchased less than 24 hours and was told I was ineligible to return it on their cancelation policy because they said I declined the cancelation policy which I didn't. I was told I was declining the declining cancelation policy not declining the cancelation policy. The salesman *** told me I had two days to cancel the policy for $350 which *** the sales manager told me I wasn't eligible. *** the sales manager said I had no choice but to sell it back to him at trade in value which was $2,300 less than what I'd already paid him less than 24 hours earlier. This dealership is taking people's money for junk cars and making money on cancelations. This company should be shut down. I would like the company to return the $2,300 difference in the original purchase and take out the $150 cancelation charge as the restock fee of $350.
