I am a new home owner (condominium) and Old Republic is responsible for my home warranty that covers my central/forced air **. They require using A-AALL for problems with covered appliances. My ** is not cooler both of the bedrooms in my condo, which is dangerous given the location of my home in *********************. On Tuesday, August 22nd at 10am a technician came to my home to inspect my **. He told me it worked fine and that I needed to flip the grate on the vent in one bedroom to fix the problem. He would not address my repeatedly telling him that both bedrooms do not cool during the hottest time if the day. On Saturday August 26th I had my ** set to 75 and I left my cat in one of the bedrooms for the day. When I got home at 6pm my cat was panting and I had to submerge him in water immediately due to hyperthermia. The ** unit is not working properly and should be replaced as per my home warranty.Initial Complaint
