On 03/03/23 Merry Maids dispatched their workers to the address In Portico Track. Their workers closed off the normally OPEN area for the two cats to use their 'bathroom" aka cat box. The cats were forced to defecate and urinate in one of the bedrooms in the house ruining a beautiful $120 dollar Duvet, a Down Comforter...$300PLUS and nearly ruining the mattress. Several days ago I contacted MM via a webchat and asked them to call the homeowner. Since they FAILED to even offer an apology I am now considering legal action in Small Claims. Their failures in the past have been noted. But this time is inexcusable. The fact that they offered NO APOLOGY is a total lack of Business Protocol. Not to mention the fact that they should have refunded Homeowner the fees for this pitiful excuse to a 'service'. I waited days for action from Merry Maids and ZERO reply. In the past they left the back door WIDE OPEN, unlocked...(management notified..) And they also locked Cats out of Bathroom before. This is absolutely unethical to not be contacted in regards to their Actions.
