On Thursday August 11th 2022, I took the coach into Sonrise RV because the front left-hand slide was not closing properly. After diagnosis I was informed it needed two rollers to support the center of the slide. Sonrise RV charged me 4 and hours at ****** dollars each plus $29.98 each for two rollers. The total was $779.96. Then they changed me an additional two hours at $****** each to adjust four cables to supposedly get the slide to close properly. Total of $320.00. When I picked up the ** and tested the slide it still did not close flush in the rear. The technician said it was the best he could do. On Thursday, December 29th, 2022, I returned with ** the slide as it would not close properly. I was informed by ** over 90 days had lapsed and I would have to pay again. Was charged 1.5 hours at $****** total of $240.00. On February 2nd 2023, I informed JR, I was still having problems with slide not closing properly. Technician examined it and stated that there is nothing he can do. I think that it is unfair that we have spent over $1300.00 and I still have to manually push this slide in. They should have informed me if they were unable to repair the slide.My desired resolution is either a reimbursement of all monies paid for a total of $1339.96 or to have Sonrise RV fix the ** slide that was never fixed properly.
