  I put in for a Bed and mattress which was financed through SNAP. Was told it would take a couple of weeks this was on February 14th 2022. I said ok, went in about a week later just to see if I wanted to add the night stands and thats when the guy said oh your order is here. We'll deliver the bed and mattress today which was a Wednesday or Thursday evening. I notice after they left that the mattress was too soft so I went there to the store he said ok you can change it I searched for a new noticed a mattress and box spring set for I think it stated $799.00 but I told him my bed doesn't need a box spring he said ok. You make sure you test out the mattress, the floor sample I said its firm I like it. He went to check to see if it was available in the back, he said he has one. They'll deliver it today and I told him I wouldn't be home but my son will be. So I left the store. So a few days passed and the mattress wasn't feeling like the floor sample it was firm around the edges and when you lay in the bed you roll to the center I went to flip the mattress over but it's a mattress that can't be flipped. I called the store I was told I think his name Qum but I'll call him Q wasn't there this went on a couple of days. So I decided to go to the store but the lady that was working said he was off today. At this point it's another week went by I goes in the store and he's there I try to to him that the mattress that's on the sales floor is way firmer then what I have. I told him how laying in the bed me and my 9 year old be in the center like we rolling. He said a few choice words and I said a few word and he like why you talking down at me I said how am I talking down to you when I'm just explaining to you about the mattress and thats when he said it was a bed in a box I said a bed in a box and on the sales floor model doesn't state a bed in a box. He got upset when I told him my bed was busted on the side from when they set it up the s**** keeps falling off from pulling
