I contacted Supercare on Jan. 22, **** on behalf of my 90 year old mother. A part had broken on her oxygen concentrator which she needs in order to breathe. I was advised the requested supplies would be shipped overnight and received on Jan. 23, ****. I contacted Supercare on Jan. 23, **** to confirm status and was advised that the order would not be delivered until Jan. 24, despite being assured that supplies would be received by Jan. 23. I then requested a supervisor but was told no one was available, so I was transferred to what I was advised was the oxygen ***** There I was told by ******* that the supplies would definitely be delivered today Jan. 23, ****. I later checked online via tracking number which reflected delivery would not be received until Jan. 24. I called back Supercare again and spoke with a rep who stated she spoke with *********** dispatch, who stated that they would have someone locally deliver the supplies to my mother today Jan. 23, between 11:00am and 3:00pm. ******* apologized for the problem and assured me supplies would be delivered today between the above time frame. Needless to say, nothing was delivered and my mother had to do without her oxygen for 2 days now. Supercare has proven to be extremely dishonest, unprofessional and unreliable in its business practices.
