On August 13th, 2023, I preordered five items, "Flanked by Legends Booster Box OP-06", through World Champion Cards (WCC) and paid $505.10.On March 20th, 2024, *** sent me an email stating that the items would be shipped this week. On March 24th, I received a tracking email for the 5 items.On March 25th, I received an email from *** that my package would only contain one item and the other four items would be shipped when more product arrived. On April 1st, I received the one item that was shipped. On May 31st, I still had not received the other four items so I sent an email to *** for an update. They replied back on June 3rd stating that they should be receiving more shipments in June.On July 30th, *** sent an email stating that they received their restock of the items and would be allocating them over the next couple of days.On August 7th, *** sent an email stating that the restock was not enough to fulfill everyone's orders so they would be issuing full refunds for all remaining pending orders.On September 13th, I had not received any news of a refund yet so I emailed WCC for a status update. They replied back on September 16th stating that the refund for my order was still pending.On October 16th, I emailed them for another status update. It has been almost two weeks since then and they still have not replied.I would like a refund of $404.08 for the remaining items that I have not received.Initial Complaint

Store continues to change tournament times and merges them together or changing prizing. Owner continues to hassle customers for orders that they decide to not fill and force customers to pay a restocking fee even if the items were never in stock. They attack verbally customers and threaten. They have given alcohol in store to customers who are very questionable in age and is not a place i would want my child to go for cards. owner should not be day drinking in a store where they sell cards to minors.Initial Complaint

I ordered two products from this site. Business took the money right away and never shipped the products that were listed as "in-stock." After five days, I reached out for an update and the business owner said they actually didn't have the product and ordered the product for me and would ship it the next day. I waited 48 hours and still no update. I reached out again and asked for a refund since they were not sending the product I ordered within the time frame they listed on the shipping page. They gave me a refund but charged me a restocking fee and did not give me all of my money back despite not meeting their own shipping time frame and false advertising products as in stock when they actually were not.Initial Complaint

I have, in total, spent thousands of dollars at this shop. They started a membership program. I bought into the program briefly, but realized that after they failed to post the "daily deals" that were expected most days and that the deals themselves were usually not of interest that the membership was not worth it. I cancelled my membership, citing multiple reasons that I didn't want to continue in my email. I received a passive aggressive email back, but they did cancel my membership.While I had the membership, I pre-ordered a bunch of magic and lorcana boxes. The week that those products were due to release (months later) they cancelled and refunded my preorder so that they could sell the boxes for more, as the prices had increased since the preorder. They said that this was necessary because I had cancelled my membership, but there were absolutely no terms of the membership laid out beforehand that in any way suggested that they could just cancel your orders if you don't hold their membership anymore.I expect them to honor their initial sale, rather than trying to s**** me over by canceling my order so that they can sell the products they had pre-sold to me for more than they initially charged.
