      *Ordered two pillowcases.*My bank account was debited for the cost of two (2).*order received with only one (pillowcase.*Despite several emails requesting correction to this error; I have received no response. I either want the other pillowcase sent; or a refund for the amount of the missing pillowcase.

      I purchased (2) Antique Gold Vintage Velvet pillow cases from this company on October 1, 2024.I was supposed to receive merchandise within 7 days. 10 days later I've not received my order, there is no contact number for this company, I've emailed them and no response, was told to track on 'Shop' which does not even go through! Can you please help with this?

      I placed an order on January 14, 2024 and have yet to receive the product and have reached out via email and Instagram 4x to get a status of my order. I have received no response or status update on my order. I feel this is a scam company. They do not offer a customer service phone number to reach out. I want a full refund for my order.

      I ordered some pillow covers. They were not delivered and the post office left no notice. I received an email saying the product was returned to sender/Annabel Bleu. I have emailed (no phone #) Annabel Bleu 5 times and no response. I have no product and would like a full refund.

      My husband and I purchased three pillows from Annabel Bleu on 2/1/23. This company charged our credit card for the full amount which posted to our account on 2/2/23. I never received the order. On 3/11/23, I emailed this company at their contact email requesting status on the order and got no response back, Ive checked all email and spam folders. There is no phone listed on website but I did find a phone number ************** by doing an online search. I called them this same day and the voicemail is full. I received a marketing email on 3/13/23 stating We hope you are enjoying your decor from Annabel Bleu!, It has been 6 weeks since original order, my deadline to have pillows for a design project is past and I had to purchase another high end fabric to have pillows made by a seamstress. Extremely upset!

      I placed an order in the amount of $167.00 dollars for three custom-made, green velvet pillows with the company Annabel Bleu on September 7, 2022. The money shows in my bank statement as having been sent to the seller.The website says that custom orders may take up to 4-6 weeks. I have sent three emails inquiring about the status of my order and have had no return emails. I understand the need for patience when ordering custom made objects and I stated in the emails that I would be willing to wait but have heard nothing from this company. The phone number for this company is bogus and belongs to a private citizen. I am including a copy of the confirmation email I received when I placed the order. This is the last correspondence I have had form them

      I purchased an item online from this retailer back on April 21, 2022. The information their site provides says it can take up to 6 weeks for a fabric order to ship. I have contacted them numerous times via email (because that is the only way they allow you to contact them. They do not provide phone numbers) to ask for an update on my order. They have never gotten back in touch with me whether I email them directly with their customer service email or whether I fill out the form and contact them through that on their site. I didn't spend a lot of money on this yard of fabric, but that's not the point here. The point is I have a project I'm trying to complete, they provided a time frame for when my order would arrive, and it has passed, and they absolutely will NOT contact me, and all I wanted from them was an update. However, at this point I would like a refund as well, as I ordered the fabric from somewhere else and ALREADY received it from the other business. Thank you for your help with this.
