I tried to pay for my storage unit when there are billing issues I submitted all paperwork from the bank stating the money was returned to the business but they refused to give me my items that I rightfully own.

Thank you for this follow up, as I am trying to remember this situation. It took me a while to figure out at what site she is renting, which surprisingly she is still renting from our ************** site, so I am very confused as to why she complaint. I spoke to the manager and there is no issues so far in her account or complaints from her to the managers. Not sure if she continues to complaint to BBB but through our end she is still renting from our site and no complaints with us. If further questions, please let me know.
