Aros Rep Group, Inc. is doing business as Troels Denmark and supposedly sells home furniture. I contacted this company's President and sales **** ************* in November of 2021 and inquired about the furniture he sells. I got interested, but wasn't ready to buy yet. We maintained a contact for a few months and I decided to order sofa from him. I ordered some samples of fabric from him first on March 5 to make sure that's what I wanted for the sofa. I paid him $100 for the fabric samples that he requested. I picked the fabric from the samples he sent me and mailed him a check for $2,650 on 7/07/22 via certified mail. This amount was a 50% deposit of the total purchase price of $5,300. He replied on 7/15/22 and told me that he received my check. He mentioned that the sofa would be shipped from Europe and it may ***********-7 weeks to ship it from there and arrive at the airport in L.A. ****** emailed me on 10/07/22 and told me that that the ordered sofa and ottoman arrived on 10/07/22 and that I needed to send him a check for the remainder so he could ship ordered furniture to me. I mailed him a check on 10/8/22 and sent him an email on 10/11/22 aking if he received that check. He replied on 10/12/22 and told me that he received the check and was looking for the best option to ship the furniture to me. I followed up with him on 11/10 and asked him when to expect the delivery of sofa. He replied tp me and said that he would work on it and update me tomorrow. I did not hear from him the next day, as he promised, and waited for another week. Unfortunately, he never responded to me thereafter.Business response

**** is not a customer of **********************, LLC which is the company your are emailing @ ******************************** so please stop any further correspondence to this email address pertaining to matters related to him.
Furthermore, you have Aros Rep Group **** **** listed as DBA as Troels Denmark which not the case, these are 2 separate companies.You should from get ****, the email address with which he has have been corresponding and I am sure you will receive a proper response.
Please, make sure the records are update in regards the 2 companies.
